Simpel maar goed!
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer simpel maar alles brandschoon. 5 gratis drankjes in minibar en klein beetje fruit en chocola.

Cons:

Parkeren! We moesten onze auto straat verder zetten. En dat viel tegen. Te weinig parkeerplaats en dat moest blijkbaar gereserveerd.

Das Hotel ist ok, aber Verhalten des Hotels zur Rechnungsstellung unmöglich.

Dass ich seit über einem Monat versuche, eine Rechnung für meinen Aufenthalt zu bekommen. Beim Einchecken konnte mir „aus technischen Gründen“ keine Rechnung ausgedruckt werden. Sie würde mir dann per E-Mail zugeschickt. Seitdem habe ich zigmal über Booking.com eine Anfrage an das Hotel weitergeleitet - keine Antwort. Über die bei Booking.com hinterlegte Telefonnummer erreicht man nur eine „virtuelle Assistentin“, die einen an eine E-Mail Adresse für Rechnungsanforderungen verweist. Dort habe ich hingeschrieben und wieder keine Antwort erhalten. Als ich die Mail nach einiger Zeit erneut sendete, erhielt ich eine Fehlermeldung, die Adresse gibt es anscheinend nicht mehr. Auch über die andere mir von der virtuellen Assistentin genannte Feedback-Adresse bekam ich nie eine Antwort. Tja, dann wird‘s wohl nichts mit der Abrechnung meiner Dienstreise...

Hotelaufenthalt war enttäuschend
Cons:

Es war an 2 Tagen kein Warmwasser verfügbar. Keine Info, nur nach penetranter Nachfrage beim schwer erreichbaren Personal wurde zur Havarie informiert. Im Allgemeinen befindet sich das Hotel in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand (TÜV des Aufzuges abgelaufen, viele Decken-LEDs ausgefallen, ungepflegter Außenbereich...)

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zweibett-Zimmer gebucht, und ein Doppelzimmer bekommen, umbuchen nicht möglich. Auch wenn das Gebäude in die Jahre gekommen ist, kann eine Inneneinrichtung gepflegt und sauber gehalten werden. Dies ist leider nicht der Fall. Von 3 Tagen hatten wir 2 Tage nur kaltes Wasser im Bad.
