We were able to book an extra night with no issues at all

The property is in a very good location and both restaurants attached to the property are very good and reasonably priced. All the staff we dealt with were wonderful, we ended up staying an extra night because we like it so much.

Good place to sleep over night. Quiet. Basic

Cons:

Temperature control in room;
Late opening for breakfast (8am);
However, Dorchester 1/2 block to Coast Bastion where they offer early breakfast.
