Convenient downtown location!
Pros:

Excellent downtown stay! The location is perfect for exploring the harbour and local shops. Our room (428) was large with a stunning harbour view. We were pleasantly surprised to find free 24/7 laundry facilities on-site—a huge plus for travelers. Parking is free on Front Street, but definitely use the Church Street entrance to drop off your bags first, as the Front Street side has stairs and no ramp.

The hotel’s location was excellent—right downtown and within walking distance of shops, groceries, the waterfront, etc...

Cons:

The parking wasn’t easy to access or conveniently located, so we ultimately chose to park on the street overnight.

Horrible.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Nothing is good here. The building is extremely old. Like the wooden floor is shaking when someone walking through the corridor.
Also, the is zero sound proof for this building. A baby crying for three hours from 22:00 and no one can do anything about it.
It’s just sad.

We would stay here again despite a few shortcomings.
Pros:

The location was great, bed was comfortable, and there were restaurants available in the hotel. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The room rate was very affordable.

Cons:

Parking is limited and doesn’t feel very secure. The heating system was not very efficient and there were not very many amenities in the bathroom.

Pros:

It was close to the ocean and conference center. Clean and practical for my needs.
