I wouldn’t be coming back
Pros:

That they had parking under the building but it wasn’t for the guests

Cons:

The snow made it hard to find. You couldn’t find the entry. You had to walk quite awhile to get to the entrance. My room wasn’t cleaned the best.

Pros:

The staff was friendly; my check-in and check-out went smoothly. The breakfast was also good, with several options to choose from to not starve you in the morning.

Cons:

The bed sheets had a few stains on them, and the bathroom didn't have any soap. The walls are thin so you can hear every bit of commotion going on outside of your room.

I would recommend for proximity to airport and airport parking
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. We chose it because it was close to parking at the airport. We were pleased with this choice

Cons:

It was a little noisy. Check in was busy with only one person working. There was a bit of a wait.

Open doors on the side where somebody can come in without key . And the staff tried to charge me 100.00 dollars fur asking for a clean sheet set . Totally illegal.

The bed pillows were not comfortable at all, they were flat, not fluffed. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

Very good value for the price. Appreciated the friendly staff.
Pros:

Comfy beds, good lights for reading. Iron/ironing board & hair dryer were handy amenities! Very friendly clerks at the reception desk for both check in and check out.

Cons:

I imagine there's a reason to have floors & no carpets - perhaps it's cleaner. But I would've preferred a carpet!

It was close to the airport, but I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The check-in was easy. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

When I went to check out there was no one at the desk. I was told the person who should be behind the desk needed to make a shuttle run.

They were painting, which I am sure it needed, but the colors were very “gray” and nothing that make you feel good upon entry. Also, the window in my room had a frosted glass and you couldn’t see out. I would not stay in a room like that again.

This is an amazing hotel especially for the price.
Pros:

Beautiful suite, well cleaned, pool was an amazing temperature, Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Conditioner and body wash were both empty in the shower.

Pros:

I liked the heated pool and the breakfast

Cons:

I had to pay a deposit for our room in case we damaged anything but when we got to our suite there was a bullet hole in the wall and there was no light in the kitchen it was a small step up from a motel 6, never again

The availability of a good room on short notice was greatly appreciated.
