Convient to IX Center, Convient to eateries, price good, staff helpful and pleasant.
Pros:

Ok, very small area. Like the coffee and fruit available always.

Cons:

Soda machine out of diet coke. Price was better than most hotels. Parking wasn't great. Area behind was crowded and people were back there, not sure if they were customers. Smell of smoke in stairway ( cigarettes and weed).

Overall- not the greatest.
Pros:

The front desk lady was super nice and helpful, even though she was really busy. She was very helpful and patient! She was probably around 45 with short dark hair. I forget her name- but she needs a raise!!

Cons:

The pool was extremely dirty and not well kept. That is the main reason I booked this hotel- so my kids weren’t bored and could go swimming. They barely wanted to get in due to how dirty it was. Very frustrating! Also, the breakfast did not have many options and the breakfast room was extremely cold. We had to take all our plates back up to our room because it was too cold to eat in that room. 2 reasons I book a specific hotel- the pool and the continental breakfast- and I was disappointed with both.

The shower has very low water pressure
Plus you have to walk around from the backside of the parking lot to get into the lobby and it was storming outside.

Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised. It was pretty cheap, but still they had a pool and decent breakfast. The room was clean and nice.

Breakfast ends at nine. We are not morning people 😅

Dirtiest hotel
Pros:

Don’t blame the employees this is a management/owner issue. This hotel has a huge issue with cleanliness. As you can see from my photos this is not from the previous guest. This is months and months of dirt build up due to lack of cleaning. Hallways were not clean. Elevators were filthy. Our room. 211. One of the dirtiest I have ever been in for a Best Western. The one photo was behind the bed. Yuk. Please read the numerous reviews about cleanliness. A room does not end up like this by chance. I don’t care about a fancy room and everything being perfect. I don’t care if things are dated. My only requirement is cleanliness which is the easiest for any hotel to achieve. This hotel needs some serious cleaning. Management in should be replaced and ashamed.

Coffee machine but no cups. Only 2 towels in a suit. Half a roll of toilet paper. Had to ask for more. No soap in the container for the shower. Heavy smell of weed in the hallway. Definitely not coming back. Cleanliness is so simple.

If you are sensitive to odors, this is not your hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was ok, and Evan at the front desk was nice and helpful, BUT, there were odors. Strong Odors!!! The first room smelled so bad of air freshener, that we had to be changed to another room. The 2nd room was very musty. Not sure if it was mold, or what it was. I have mold allergy and I woke up with my eyes swollen and hurting. If you are sensitive to odors, this is not your hotel.

Cons:

The pool was cold told staff they were rude. Room wasn't clean there was sticky stuff all over the floor. They didn't move the couch clean trash from under it. No extra toilet paper or towels

Clean, Safe and newly renovated
Pros:

I loved that we got in and out the staff was wonderful the facilities were fresh everything was clean!!!

Cons:

They couldn't fix the TV which was a bummer but it was only for the night otherwise we had a great time and those couldn't have been queen sized beds maybe full size but definitely not queen.

Weekend away
Pros:

I was charged $30 extra for checking in an hour early.

Cons:

Breakfast stopped at 9:00 AM instead of 10:00 which is the normal. Also paid to check in early.
