Pros:

I liked the location being not to far from the city and the staff was great

Cons:

The dryer was broken so I had to air dry my cloths in my room and it was never fixed during my entire stay and the floors in my room were very dirty when I took my shoes off in minutes the bottom of my feet were black from the dirt on the floor so I always keeped shoes on after that but everything else was clean

Very short stay so it was good.
Pros:

Room was fine. It was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The problem was in the shower. The soap cannister in the shower was empty. I had to use the small facial soap on the sink to shower,

Pros:

The staff were stretched very thin, but tried to help with limited resources. The shuttle to and from the hotel was apprecitaed too - thanks!

Cons:

The pool felt like it hadn't been cleaned ever-the water was murky and quite unpleasant.
There was very little room in the dining room for breakfast too.

Worked for where we needed to be and ease as to arrival in the city.
Pros:

Location as to where we needed to be.
Breakfast was better than a lot of hotel breakfast’s experienced.

Cons:

Workout room equipment in disrepair.
The only window in the room was completely frosted glass. Could not see out and light was limited. Street side room windows did not appear to be the same.

Observations
Pros:

Close to airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and staff was nice.

Cons:

The person across from my room was blasting his TV. The noise made it into my room. I could have complained but ended up falling asleep. This was not the hotels fault. The person was rude. The other negative is that the east stairwell door that lead to the parking lot didn't clamp shut. It was always open. Just felt a little unsecure.

It was convenient that it’s located so close to the airport but it definitely needs to be cleaned up better.
Pros:

I enjoyed that it was close to the airport as I had an early flight.

Cons:

The elevator was broken and the room wasn’t very clean. We came in late and I didn’t really want to bother talking to the staff just needed rest before the flight
