The property was extremely clean, comfortabl and the room was bigger than average for Tokyo. Lovely helpful staff who spoke good English. There was a nice Onsen on the rooftop along with handy washing machine/dryer and microwave.
Close to convenice stores and a fabulous little Izakaya 20m away on the next corner. Close enough to Ginza shopping whilst being nicely removed from the hustle and bustle.
Good proximity to Ginza and Tokyo train station.
Very very cosy / small room. Reception charge you for early check ins if you are hoping for this after a long trip.
Leider war das Bad schon etwas älter und nicht modern.
Clean and nice staff
No gym, small room
Delicioso desayuno, buena ubicación, personal muy amable.
The hotel environment is very good and the location is also very advantageous, but what is particularly touching is the hotel's service The handsome guy at the front desk, Huhe, learned that I had lost a scarf in Osaka, Japan. With Huhe's help, he carefully helped me call the translator and contacted the Osaka lost and found office multiple times. In the end, he successfully retrieved the scarf, turning the impossible into the possible. I am truly grateful to him! I will stay at this hotel again in the future because of its excellent Chinese service and great Chinese friends. Thank you, Huhe

Nice rooftop onsen, very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff English was excellent.
Close to a lot of places
The hotel was very central, close to the shops in Ginza.
During check-in, the receptionist kept coughing - she didn't apologise or take the initiative to wear a mask (I felt uneasy about this).
The room was tiny compared to similar hotels in Tokyo and the onsen was also very small. I don't think this hotel is worth its high price...
We found the room a good size for the two of us to share (by Japanese standards). Our room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. My friend very much enjoyed using the men's onsen on the roof in the evenings. We liked the selection of teas in the lounge, and that we could take some to our room. We found some great restaurants and convenience stores close to the hotel. It was a comfortable work to the main Tokyo Train Station. We did not have the breakfast in the hotel. It was very quiet in our room, none of the usual hotel noises or any street noise.
Nothing
החדר קטן מאוד ללא חלון שאפשר לפתוח .
This was our second Ibis in Japan. Rooms are small but we were expecting that. The breakfast was good but could be crowded at certain times.
Breakfast room was a bit small if there were large groups all trying to eat at the same time. We skipped breakfast a couple of times because there was a wait to be seated.
