Pros:

Chambre calme, confortable, bien équipée, bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel est accueillant. Ils ont pu garder nos valises entre deux étapes. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour rejoindre n'importe quel quartier de Tokyo rapidement via les transports en commun.

Pros:

Staff members were excellent and beyond kind. The room had way more space than other similar hotels. The onsen’s water temperature was perfect! Not too hot like some other ones.

Cons:

All was good. If I had to choose something, maybe the mattress could have been less firm.

Great location
Pros:

Had enough room for us, it was clean heaps of amenities. Breakfast was simple but good. Staff were always helpful and great location. Would stay here again.

Cons:

There are only two washers and two driers and sometimes there was a queue, nothing major just to be aware of.

Pros:

The property was extremely clean, comfortabl and the room was bigger than average for Tokyo. Lovely helpful staff who spoke good English. There was a nice Onsen on the rooftop along with handy washing machine/dryer and microwave.

Close to convenice stores and a fabulous little Izakaya 20m away on the next corner. Close enough to Ginza shopping whilst being nicely removed from the hustle and bustle.

The hotel environment is very good and the location is also very advantageous, but what is particularly touching is the hotel's service The handsome guy at the front desk, Huhe, learned that I had lost a scarf in Osaka, Japan. With Huhe's help, he carefully helped me call the translator and contacted the Osaka lost and found office multiple times. In the end, he successfully retrieved the scarf, turning the impossible into the possible. I am truly grateful to him! I will stay at this hotel again in the future because of its excellent Chinese service and great Chinese friends. Thank you, Huhe
