Pros:

The breakfast guy was amazing! Super kind, different from everyone else working there.

The staff: the front desk people were not welcoming.
For some reason the housekeeper didn’t go to our room during our stay.

The size of the room and decor color and scheme was very relaxing. I like that it has a "living room" where there was a second tv and fireplace so we didn't have to sit on the bed to watch tv in the evening.

Cons:

Let's start with the worst. We went 36 hours with a broken toilet. Actually it was the float in the toilet tank that was bad, petrified rubber. EVERY time we flushed the toilet we would have to reach into the toilet tank, reattach the float, and line it up properly over the hole. If we just reattached the float it would not align properly with the hole on its own so the water just kept running and running . We notified the front desk at about 7:30 in the morning after the late night it started happening. They said they would notify maintenance. At 1:00pm I went back to the desk to see what the update for repair was. I was told maintenance would be there at 3:00pm. At 5:00pm I again went to the front desk and asked where maintenance was the young woman told me "I don't know". When I told her that was not a satisfactory answer she said (exact quote) "What do you want me to do about it". We checked out the next morning and it still wasn't fixed. My husband spoke with the manager and expressed how unhappy we were. The manager apologized and told my husband that our stay would be comped. That was almost 3 weeks ago. We have not been refunded nor has anyone returned our phone calls. We called and left a message twice now.

The bed mattress, while not horrible, was also not very comfortable. In the living room there is a hide a bed couch. We only used it as a couch. Both the bottom and back cushions are shot. We had to use the bed pillows for extra cushion otherwise our backs hurt.

The saddest part for me was I was so excited to have this room since it felt more like an apartment. This was important to me since I knew I would be spending a great deal of time in it by myself since my husband was working.

Price was descent for the room.
Pros:

Hot tub was a perfect temperature but jets did not work well.

Cons:

Heater would blow cold air in the room and then blow hot air. Would have to put blankets on and take them off. Breakfast was ok but a lot of fake preservative ridden food.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great, easily accessed location that is close to White Fish. It is clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

We stayed here on two separate occasions within a month and felt the value for the hotel was great. I’m sure we will stay there again in the future.

Cons:

I can’t think of any negatives.
