Thank you for a wonderful stay
Pros:

The room was immaculate and very comfy. The staff were absolutely brilliant too. So helpful and friendly. Ideal spot, especially if you have kids

Cons:

The place was booked up so my daughter and I could only stay one night. Not surprised though as it's a great spot

Extremely Frustrating & disappointing
Pros:

We went to this hotel with our family for a short break
With small kids & to look at this hotel for our wedding venue upon arrival we were asked for a credit card when I explained we I didn’t have one I was told they would get management “sometimes the can waver it” the manager arrived & told us she can help find alternative accommodation I was shocked at her abrupt response and explained she could remove €1000 from my debit and hold etc this was not an option.
We had been charged in full for our rooms
With very disappointed children we left the hotel and went to Hotel Killkenny they were unbelievably helpful.
And was astonished at the behaviour we had come from and had said we were not the first.
I asked for a call from senior management and when the call came I explained I had stayed previous and never asked for it and how come they could waver some and not others. I also asked how come friends of ours stayed the week previous (gave their names) were not asked her reply was staff must have forgotten. She was very dismissive and had no interest in the call

Will definitely be back!
Pros:

Amazing! Travelled with family and a few kids age 2-4 and this place is great! Everything is so easy. Spacious room set up with travel cot. Food is amazing and the kids AND toddler menu is a great idea with an appropriate price point of smaller servings and lots of reasonably priced sides for a 2 year old. Facilities are great as well as of course the Jurassic Newpark. Staff couldn’t be friendlier or be more helpful. It’s just relaxing and easy, with young kids. And that’s what you want!

Pros:

Parking, Friendly staff from start to finish, great size room and bathroom. Very clean throughout, comfy beds, tasty breakfast. Pool and dino park just fabulous for little people and grounds are immaculately kept. Food in the restaurant was top class and we had the nicest waitress (i cant remember her name but she was studying hospitality in shannon co. Clare). I cant emphasise enough how friendly and helpful the staff are and all very busy but working with a smile all the time. An absolute credit to the hotel. Thank you all for a lovely stay we will be back

Cons:

I booked swimming pool for me and my daughter. Swimming pool was over booked and there was aqua aerobics too. Could not get in into the pool. Its my 2nd time to stay and the 2nd there is an issues with pool
