Perfect stay for families
Pros:

Perfect stay for families with young kids/toddlers. The staff are very accomodating, kids meals very good. Jurassiac newparks facilities are brilliant, very handy that it cam be used outaide opening hours for residents. Ill definitely be back. Staff very accomodating.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were there during a heatwave, so the first room we were given had no aircon. It was very uncomfortable for us, we asked at reception to be changed and we were moved to a room with aircon. Which made all the difference.

Pros:

Excellent stay at my cousins Wedding. Fab rooms and breakfast. Always a family favourite over the years. Well done New Park !

Ok, but very pricey
Pros:

Excellent in every way
Pros:

I can not speak highly enough about this hotel. We went with our 3 boys, 2,3 & 6, and we had such an amazing time. Hotel room was clean and comfortable , staff was a pleasure, food was excellent and our boys spent 3 days in Jurassic World and never tired of it. We can’t wait to go back. If you have small children, this hotel is hands down, the best.

Overall, a great break away
Pros:

Most of the staff were superb, very friendly and accommodating to our small children. Service in the restaurant was very quick, and the food was delicious. The pool was lovely and warm and the changing rooms were a nice temperature. It was fantastic to have unlimited access to Jurassic Park on site.

Cons:

The phone to reception wasn't working, and the service in the terrace restaurant was very slow. A lot of the entertainment machines in the games room were not working/too full of coins so we couldn't use them at all. Some small wash cloths in the bedrooms would be useful with kids.
