Newpark Hotel

Amazing hotel great leisure centre spend ages in jacuzzi tub and outdoor hot pool is the greatest experience ever love the hot tub food is wonderful hoping the great my own membership to the pool

I would like to say a big thank you to Ester, the hotel staff manager, for her kindness, professionalism and welcoming attitude. She was always pleasant, approachable and very helpful throughout our stay. Ester went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we felt comfortable and well looked after.

Her friendly manner and professionalism really stood out, and she is a great asset to the hotel. It was a pleasure dealing with her, and I would happily recommend the hotel to others based on the excellent service we received.

Great value & so much to do as a family , our 3 boys loved Jurassic park 🦖 with so much to do , they had so much fun 🤩..
afterwards we went for dinner & Katie ( restaurant manger ) made us feel so welcome & looked after us brilliantly..
overall fantastic staff & hotel

I met a young lady called Ester while at work. She was very helpful and a great credit to the hotel. She is always willing to assist whenever needed, consistently going above and beyond in her role. Even when guests are sitting alone in the lobby, she takes the time to check in and ensure everything is okay, which really stands out.

I cannot recommend Ester highly enough. She is a valuable asset to the hotel and truly deserves recognition for the level of care and professionalism she demonstrates every day. She also deserves consideration for a pay rise.

We had a lovely visit to Newpark Hotel yesterday, and I want to give a special thank you to Luminita for her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. She made us feel so well looked after, always with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Nothing was too much trouble, and she truly made our visit even more enjoyable. Luminita is a real credit to the team. Thank you for such excellent service—we'll definitely be back

We stayed at the Newpark Hotel for one night during the August bank holiday weekend . 2 adults and 1 toddler (3 years) from the minute we entered all the staff we came across were so nice and friendly especially molly who went out of her way to chat to our son and give him a goodie bag on arrival which he was delighted with.

The room itself was a bit dated and we had a tiny window which looked at a wall , not the best for the price you pay but we spent so little time in the room we didn’t mind! It was clean and comfortable

The Jurassic park is amazing my little boy loved it so much we went back the next day after check out! There so much to do and see , and it’s all included in your hotel stay, you do have to pay for Jurassic bounce and I’d recommend booking it online to ensure you have a slot as it get very busy!

In the evening they have family club for the little ones they can play games , colour etc and then JJ came at 6:30 for a little disco! There is a kids club at 7pm for the bigger kids! There is also a little indoor soft play room !

We ate in the restaurant for dinner service was very quick and staff were friendly! Food was ok

We used the pool it was nice and warm for our toddler and even has a nice outdoor pool area for adults only!

Overall we had a great time , very relaxed family friendly hotel we would definitely return

It was our third time at the Newpark,We loved it,ideal for us as a family of 6,our children loved the park and the evening kids club,it's in a great location,loved the inter connecting rooms,great facilities,We will def be back

Amazing hotel for families. The staff were exceptional. My children loved it

Just had to cancel my stay due to not owning a credit card. I was told if i travelled i would be turned away with my kids after i had offered a cash deposit and i was told they would not accept this and the only way to check in is with a physical credit card. Please just be aware of this if people are planning to book.
