Amazing hotel, so much for kids and adults, they have a family room, toddler room, games room for the older ones, 2 pools, adult only pool, dino park with 2 playgrounds and the biggest bouncy castle I have ever seen. Staff are amazing and the hotel feels quiet and calm even with lots of kids about. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Newpark Hotel. Staff were amazing & they totally made my son’s birthday an extra special one for him. Definitely went over and above with all restaurant staff coming out to sing happy birthday. Warren on reception was great. We loved the decor and ambiance of the hotel & the pianist in the reception played beautifully. Jurassic Newpark was an added bonus. We will be back but for longer next time!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Newpark Hotel kilkenny. The care taken by the staff made us feel special and that made our holiday all the more special. We would like to thank Mayiah, one of the supervisors, in particular as she helped organise the sorting out of issues with the coffee maker and the TV in our room. Her helpful team included Javier, Tommy and Dominic. Also Mara, with her cheerful smile, friendly nature and attention to detail, who made us feel at home as she tidied our room. The place was spotless and the food was delicious. The overall service was efficient. The hotel is in a good location, not too far from the city centre and has a lit of parking space. We also had a look at Jurassic Park at the back of the hotel. It would be nice to be a child again to explore this and enjoy the "animals" from.pre historic times as well as present day.

On entry, a lovely greeting with a smile. Excellent young lady Luminita served lovely hot choc and latte with cookies. Luminita was very chatty and helpful. I recommend having lobby coffee service in Newpark hotel, Kilkenny.
