Will return here if I need to every time due to customer service
Pros:

The staff were really nice and accommodating for us! We were driving from Texas and I noticed that we were going to end up arriving early and they were able to allow us to check in quite early!! The room and hotel itself was quite clean.

Cons:

Pool was super cold!
The breakfast was mediocre at best.

A Nice place to stay..
Pros:

Air conditioning was going before we got there which made it nice and cool. Room was good size for the two of us and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had sausage , eggs, waffles, cereal. Etc. close to freeway and Vicksburg National Military Park..

Cons:

The pool was freezing cold

Out of my element

The breakfast was decent and all the staff were really sweet.

Cons:

When we arrived it was a little later... you can't check in INSIDE the facility. You check in from a side window. I HATED that. The room was not clean, sheets had stains, when I dried off from a shower with the towel, I had a long blonde hair on my shoulder. I've never experienced anything like this before. But the clerk at the desk that morning did make it right, she had the housekeeper come to clean our room & change all the towels.

Also the shower head isn't adjustable so the way it was spraying, because I'm a little shorter, had me basically pinned against the back wall of the shower.

Will I ever stay at a Best Western again, probably not because that bothered me but it was a decent stay.

Ruhiges Hotel an guter Lage
Pros:

Wir wurden nett empfangen. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr gross und sauber. Eir konnten in der Laundry gleich noch unsere Wäsche waschen.
Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Was fehlte war ein Lift wir mussten die Koffer in den 1. Stock hoch schleppen.

Overall it was good, please double check the room before someone stays.

Disappointed
Pros:

Front desk staff was helpful. Nightstand had debris on it and the microwave was filthy. The toilet was stopped up upon our entering the room. The breakfast was terrible. A big disappointment because it was such a good experience 2 years ago. This is a good halfway point for us but will have to look around next time😔

Twice as expensive

I had to pay again for a room. The desk person said that Booking.com didn't do their part so I had to pay twice.
