Staff was very rude the day we checked in
Breakfast coffee was ok.
Our room was #228.
There is a toothbrush stuck in the sink drain.
The toilet was slow to flush. Had to hold the handle down about 15 secs to flush.
Accidentally tripped the heater and smelled burning hair, uck!
The TV wasn't working when we walked in. I fixed it (someone had disconnected the video box from the TV. It wasn't tough, but that's not the point, I shouldn't have to.

My wife child and I stayed for one night, paid the 100$ deposit. They refused to give the deposit back because they said we broke the tv. We don’t even watch tv! We drove all the way from Tucson, Az. We’re tired, the baby was tired. We all have phones and don’t even watch tv, like ever. Complete scam from the face tattooed lady at front desk. Horrible! Stay anywhere else but here. Scam!!
The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
The pool was completely green the whole time we were there. You couldn't even see to the bottom and it was really gross because it was outside our hotel.
bed's comfortable. Easy check in. Room clean to an extent.
outside of our room men drinking and smoking. Felt unsafe, had a granddaughter and small grandson with me. Bathroom, when you walk in it stunk like sewer. Breakfast hardly any food. It was running low and not replenished while we waited for it to be done. Bedspread was stained in yellow.

TV was broke and management would do nothing about it, was very rude to us and would not even let us change rooms. I asked to talk to the manager and was told no, manager was not on property and she was not about to call management. Next morning we asked for a later check out cause we had a funeral to go to and wanted to stay in room an extra hour and was told no if we did not get out they would charge us for an extra night.
not the WORST hotel...but would not stay there again.
