We found trash under the beds someones dirty socks and beds where so hard was hard to sleep ac didn't work well tv remote missing back microwave didn't work stopper in tub didn't work over all so many things didn't work

Perfect location but horrible and old building.

It was not clean and up to date. There were roaches in the bathroom. I told the front desk clerk, she said they didn’t have an issue with pest but let someone come and spray the room. Housekeeping only made the bed and replaced new towels didn’t do anything else in the room.

T.V turned out with sound but no picture. T.V also would lose signal, continously. Inside the room was disgusting, smelling of cigarette smoke, sheets, comforter and pillow covers were all stained(Questionable to even sleep in the bed). Previous guest hair all over the bathroom floor, toilet wasn't cleaned well, showing signs of urine build up. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again and rather keep our money and sleep in our vehicle.

With the price of the hotel, we expected more than this.

Cons:

Breakfast was minimal that was cold and coffee was dark water. You. Had to ask for food to be replenished. They were under staff. Electric plugs did not work. Plugs did not have plates over them wires exposed. Lamps did not have bulbs. Requested light bulb and never got one. Toilet handle broken was told to lift lid of commode and giggle the handle for water to fill or stop running. Unacceptable. Television did not work with remote and there were no channel guide on TV or paper guide. Unacceptable. Wish to have a refund.
