Aire acondicionado de la hab obsoleto no enfría, cable TV no funciona, Café cortesía sin azúcar y la máquina no funciona, servicio del restaurante y Menu deficiente, piscina fria cuando ofrecen climatizada, área de piscina sillas son cojines ni atención de meseros y servicio de toallas

Muy bonito hotel, el personal muy amables y muy cómodo cero ruido para poder descansar bien.

A considerar la alberca está fría tiene un jacuzzi que si está caliente pero si piensas ir en época de frío no puedes entrar a nadar ya que si está muy fría

Cons:

Las recámaras no coincidía con las fotos de internet. El personal me comentó que era pura publicidad. Cuando pedí un cuarto más cerca de recepción para personas de la 3ra edad me dieron tres versiones diferente para negarlo.
