La qualité de cet hôtel a baissé énormément, hotel vétuste, pas de serviettes à la piscine, deux serviette dans la chambre pour 4 personnes, la machine a café défectueuse, ensuite le chauffeur qui nous a amené de l'aéroport a chargé 2600$ pesos alors que j'avais déjà payé pour le transport. Vraiment une grande déception, nous avions été dans le passé et c'était mieux avant. Ils ont aussi changé la piscine, avant c'était une magnifique piscine mais plus maintenant. Le buffet déjeuner était très cher et de plus l'attitude des employés n'était pas bonne. Nous ne retournerons pas a cet hôtel. Les murs de la chambre étaient tachés et moisissures dans la douche..... je pourrais continuer la liste de nos déceptions et nous ne sommes pas difficiles pourtant !
