Very clean and we love the connection to The Green Mill
Our room wasn't ready at 3pm check in time, even though we had called in the morning and inquired about early check-in possibility, letting the staff know that we would be in town by 1:30-2pm. We were not able to access our room until 3:40pm
The pool area was nice, and my children enjoyed the kiddie pool. The room was a nice temperature and didnt smell of pool as I expected (pool facing room).
Upon check in, I was almost turned away with my two young children as I have a "local address." I booked this room because it was one of the last available in the area after both my AC units went out and my apartment was over 100 degrees, which is unsafe for sleep. Luckily the staff member saw my panic and I was able to stay. However, this policy isnt readily available upon booking and the tiny print on the website for this policy is so hard to find. So disappointing.
Additionally, upon waking up in the morning, I discovered the blanket I had been using had old blood stains right by my face.

Last year when we stayed we had Best Western pillows . This year they where flat and felt worn out. The Best Western pillows were so nice, we went out and purchased them for our house pillows.
