Pros:

The front desk attendant was very nice and accomodating

Cons:

Room smelled of weed. Shady characters outside the building. Cleanliness outside was not good. The stairs outside was secluded and dark with questionable people. A camp chair was blocking the ramp beside the enclosed outdoor stairway which lead to the room - blocking part of the ramp. This was all very unsafe feeling. The room was clean anlthough smelled heavily of weed and the front desk attendant was amazingly sweet and very helpful with our requests to leave the premises with a refund stating she would have the matter looked into.

There was no breakfast offering that I know of.

Cons:

The sheets were stained. You can tell they have been washed, but there were stains on them. Felt uncomfortable going to our room.

Better than I expected.
Pros:

Clean. Bed was more comfortable than most higher priced hotels. Great taco truck in the back.

Shower had a strange dial on the faucet. No grab bar.
