The Lodge at Jackson Hole

A beautiful luxury hotel with gorgeous interiors, a great gym, and both indoor and outdoor pools. They offer a very convenient guest laundry service for $3.50 for a wash and another $3.50 for the dryer. Breakfast is not included but available for $5 per person; it is very generous, with both sweet and savory options. The room was very spacious, and the huge bathroom featured an XL shower. Parking is free. Housekeeping is done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, but if you need daily towel changes or trash removal, you just leave your room number at the front desk and they will take care of it every day. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous Hotel! The fireplace in the lobby was very welcoming. Breakfast was great, very comfortable beds and spacious room. We loved all the added touches like wooden bears and racoons throughout the hotel getting into garbage cans, etc. Very woodsy feeling, which was great!

The hotel had a shuttle to downtown Jackson, however, it only had one place it would stop and pick up. The bar and restaurant were decent. It was a very nice hotel, but not a truly luxury hotel! The bartender was a great guy who we enjoyed talking with! He was very good at his job and engaging!

This was a great choice for our family of 5. The rooms were great but we LOVED the amenities. The pool, 2hot tubs and sauna really made this place top-notch. The breakfast..$5.00/adult for breakfast and kids eat free…YES! The food was great. Some hotels would charge you $$$ for the offerings here. Great value. I wouldn’t even look at another place to stay if we came to this area again.

While the bed and bathroom were comfortable and well maintained, the hotel overall appeared tired and in need of updating. The common areas and furnishings showed noticeable wear, which detracted from the experience. Unfortunately, the front desk service was also disappointing. The staff was often laughing and talking loudly among themselves, which came across as unprofessional, and there was a sense that guests were interrupting them when approaching the desk for assistance. Overall, the level of service did not reflect the standard I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

Very good location. Hotel was nice & clean. Very quiet.

It is a very comfortable hotel. Rooms are clean and updated. Staff persons are helpful. Shuttle into town is convenient and allows guests to avoid finding parking places. My family has stayed at this hotel several times over the last five years.

We did not have the best experience . The girls that work the front desk all have attitudes you feel like you were bothering them any time you ask a question or need something. They honestly put a damper on our entire experience. They only clean the rooms every other day. There was a quarter inch of soap in the liquid soap dispenser on the bathroom sink. It was never filled the entire time we were there. They left a used bar of soap after cleaning the room did not even give a fresh one. The ice maker was always out of ice and the Cash machine to exchange for quarters in the laundry room was broken. We were very disappointed. It was very expensive place to stay. I’ve had far better experiences at hotels that cost a quarter of the price.
