Really nice lodge great location, Staff was great.
Breakfast was good and the priced was great. The small store for snacks has a lot to offer, which is nice since the restaurant wasn't open due to the off season. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and updated with quality furnishings.
The indoor pool area/hot tub was under maintenance, so there was a lot of materials and supplies around and dusty floors which tracked into the pool, which we were thankfully still able to use. There wasn't seating set out for those who wanted to just sit and watch, though. The sauna wasn't heated/working the day I tried to use it but the next day it was according to another member of our party. The bathroom door in our room didn't' have a lock which was an inconvenience since we have small children that don't understand privacy yet.
Great property and amenities. Good value for the price. Reasonable pet fee.
Checkin was awkward. We were told twice that we did not have a reservation. After persisting, the individual said 'oh, sometimes Bookings.com reservations reverse the first and last name'. No apology after insisting that we did not have a room.
The property was very nice and clean, with a great indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. It wasn't until the second night we noticed there is also a sauna in the pool room! Breakfast was great, and available for guests for only $5. Our girls were able to eat free since they were under 7 years old.
Breakfast was great, and I used the exercise room and it was great as well.
Everything was wonderful. I especially loved the animal decor around the hotel, lobby, and outdoor space.
There was only 1 hook to place a used/wet towel in the bathroom in Rm. 315. There were 3 of us.
Also, the pull out couch was in a tight space. Perhaps moving the couch a few inches to the left would be a great solution.
Clean and nice rooms with friendly staff
L'entrée de l'hotel est magnifique. les chambres sont spacieuses propres et bien équipées. La salle de gym très bien
La piscine était en travaux. Le personnel au petit déjeuner pas très souriant sauf le cuisinier qui était très sympathique
We loved the mountain feel of the lodge while being only 3 minutes from the square. The pool was heated so we enjoyed being able to swim and hot tub! The room was clean and spacious, and the $5 breakfast (free for kids 14 and under) was a big hit too.
Very nit picky, but they had very few towel hangers so it left us searching for places around the room to hang our towels to dry. We had 5 people in our room. Definitely not a make or break deal though!
Freundliches Personal. Keine zusätzlichen Kosten für den Parkplatz. Saubere Zimmer.
We loved our time at The Lodge at Jackson Hole. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The location was perfect, with close proximity to the town of Jackson and Teton Village. The rooms exceeded our expectations in decor, presentation, features, and cleanliness. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was extremely welcoming from start to finish. We loved the amenities offered at the hotel, and the local adventures we could organize through the front desk. The list of adventures recommended provided us with numerous options that we could not have thought of on our own. Our room was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect after a long day in the Tetons. The price was well worth the value, and we will come back in future seasons. We loved our time at The Lodge at Jackson Hole, and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jackson!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent and very affordable at just $5.00. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the town square. For dining options closer to the hotel, there are a few restaurants within walking distance, which is great if you prefer not to go into the town square. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.
Very cute & clean. Love the timbers and animal carvings. Greatly lockers and boot dryer. They have their own bus but the start bus picks up out front all day if you miss it. Friendly staff!!
Have to pay for a limited breakfast this year but it's only 5.00. Hot tubs ,pool and sauna were down for repairs during our stay
