Nice stop in the Black Forest
Pros:

Nice place in the Black Forest. Quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

A bit over commercialized - busloads of people! Requested two rooms near each other, but we wound up in separate buildings - maybe due to the busload of other people.

ארוחת בוקר פשוטה ורגילה, ללא משהו מיוחד או יוצא דופן.

אחת מחוויות האירוח הגרועות והמאכזבות ביותר שחוויתי, ובפער גדול.
מבחינתי, קיים פער בלתי מתקבל על הדעת בין האופן שבו המקום מוצג ב־Booking לבין מה שקיבלתי בפועל. התמונות יוצרות רושם של מקום מיוחד, איכותי ובעל מיקום ונוף מרשים, אך המציאות הייתה שונה לחלוטין. בפועל מדובר במקום הנמצא בתוך ואדי, ללא שום נוף מיוחד או חוויה שמצדיקה את האופן שבו הוא מוצג ואת המחיר שנדרש עבורו.
שילמתי כ־2,700 ₪ עבור שני לילות, לאחר שהזמנתי חדר שהוגדר כ־Junior Suite. בפועל לא קיבלתי שום דבר שמתקרב, לטעמי, להגדרה של סוויטה. מדובר בחדר פשוט מאוד, שמסודר לארבעה אנשים, וברמתו אינו מצדיק בשום צורה את המחיר ששילמתי.
חמור מכך, התמונות שהופיעו בזמן ביצוע ההזמנה אינן תואמות באופן מהותי את החדר שקיבלתי בפועל. מבחינתי זהו הדבר החמור ביותר: אתה מזמין ומשלם לפי מצג מסוים, מגיע למקום, ומגלה שקיבלת משהו אחר לחלוטין.
כאילו שזה לא מספיק, כאשר ביקשתי שינקו את החדר במהלך השהייה, נאמר לי שעליי לשלם תשלום נוסף עבור הניקיון, משום שמדובר כביכול ב"שירות אקסטרה". בעיניי זה פשוט בלתי נתפס. לשלם סכום כזה עבור שני לילות, ואז להתבקש להוסיף כסף כדי שינקו את החדר, זו רמת שירות שלא נתקלתי בה כמעט בשום מקום בעולם.
בנוסף לכך נדרשתי לשלם עוד כ־38 אירו כדמי שירות/מס, סכום שלא היה ברור לי בזמן ההזמנה ושמבחינתי מהווה עוד הפתעה לא נעימה לאחר שכבר שילמתי מחיר גבוה מאוד.
גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בסיסית ופשוטה לחלוטין, ללא שום דבר מיוחד, וללא כל הצדקה למחיר או לציפייה שנוצרת מהצגת המקום.
במילים פשוטות: מבחינתי המקום אינו מצדיק לא את המחיר, לא את ההגדרה, ולא את הציפייה שנוצרת מהתמונות ומהפרסום. התחושה שלי הייתה של הטעיה חמורה ושל פער קיצוני בין מה שנמכר לי לבין מה שקיבלתי בפועל.
אני מציין זאת כאדם שהתארח במהלך חייו ביותר מ־280 בתי מלון ברחבי העולם. אני מכיר היטב את ההבדל בין מלון יוקרתי, מלון רגיל, מלון פשוט ואכסניה. במקרה הזה, החוויה שקיבלתי הייתה קרובה הרבה יותר לאכסניה בסיסית מאשר למלון שמציג את עצמו ברמה שמצדיקה מחיר של כ־2,700 ₪ לשני לילות.
זו אחת הפעמים היחידות בחיי שבהן יצאתי ממקום אירוח עם תחושה כל כך חזקה ששילמתי סכום מופרז עבור מוצר שונה לחלוטין ממה שחשבתי שאני מזמין.

Schönes Hofgut, einfaches Frühstück

Super schöne und saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal im Restaurant. Schönes Hofgut 😊

Cons:

Sehe laute Lüftung im Zimmer, keine Klima. Frühstück war gut aber sehr einfach gehalten: Wurst, Käse, Müsli... da hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Geen mogelijkheid om op een balkon of iets dergelijks te zitten.maar we hadden ook een standaardkamer. ..afvoer van douche bleek verstopt waardoor water in toiletgedeelte liep..maar dat is de volgende ochtend netjes en prima opgelost...

We came across this hotel 26 years ago by chance and now it has more buildings but still feels like a warm hug.
Restaurant for dinner and breakfast were excellent.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Great location for walkers. Glass shop was beautiful ❤️

De locatie en de hotelkamer was meer dan in orde
Nette kamer, schoon en netjes.
De natuur achter het hotel is echt prachtig.
Ontbijt was ruim en voldoende keus.
Terras is een mooie plek, onder bomen voor schaduw.
Glasblazerij en koekoeksklokken winkels is leuk dat dit erbij zit.

Cons:

Het was even zoeken naar de receptie.
Waar je in de middag wat kon drinken duurde het vrij lang voordat je werd geholpen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Hund
Pros:

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund im Hotel Sternen und haben im Glashaus übernachtet. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein- und Auschecken verliefen unkompliziert.

Das Nachtessen und Frühstück waren gut. Besonders schön fanden wir die Lage des Hotels, da man direkt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung mit dem Hund spazieren und wandern kann.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen – auch mit Hund. 😊
