Das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig.
Wir mussten die Koffer 2x über viele Stiegen tragen.
Zum Frühstück gab es für jeden Gast nur eine Tasse und ein Glas. Egal, ob man zuerst Tee und dann Kaffee getrunken hat, es gab dafür nur eine Tasse.
Die Anlage ist/war grundsätzlich sehr schön, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sauber.

Insonorisation pas top surtout lorsqu’il y a beaucoup de monde dans le jardin on entend tout,heureusement que ça n’a pas duré longtemps
Garage sale et en partie inondé ( je trouve que l’établissement aurait pu être honnête et nous dire qu’il y avait beaucoup beaucoup de places dans la rue tout autour de l’hôtel au lieu de nous faire payer une place de parking surtout qu’il y avait uniquement notre voiture de garé

The rooms, common parts (garden especially), pool, staff, general vibe and breakfast.
The pool only opens at 9am, which is a bit late for a pre-breakfast swim.

Breakfast was fine. Location perfect in a beautiful part of the world
Nothing was not to like.
Whilst the staff were super friendly and we really enjoyed our time in Avignon, the hotel was very tired, the pool was unusable, to get to our rooms we had to walk through the utility / rubbish area. Our room, whilst sizeable, was also very tired and unfortunately not in the ‘French laundry’ style but in the ‘dated 90’s hotel’ style. Again, the staff were very friendly and very helpful but the actual accommodation was quite disappointing. Note we were staying in what appeared to not be the main accomodation block, so perhaps the other rooms were more maintained.
