Heizung ging nicht, anscheinend wurde danach geschaut, tat sich aber nichts
Heisses Wasser war am 1. Und 4. Tag eine gelbe Brühe

Pros:

Céntrico, limpio y personal amable… sin ruidos molestos. Era una suite para una persona.

Cons:

El ruido del ventilador que tuve que utilizar en pleno otoño con el frío que hacía porque no dan sábanas simples para mitigar el exceso de calor.

Die Lage war sehr gut und zentral, jeweils 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Hafen und von der Uferpromenade.
Das Zimmer war sauber, die Bettmatrazze sehr bequem, die Zimmerausstattung in Ordung, abgesehen von den vielen Kabeln zwischen den altmodischen Lampen.

Cons:

>Beim Frühstück gab es zu wenig Auswahl. Es hat beispielsweise keinen Nachtisch gegeben außer aufgetauchten Mini Apfelkuchenstücken.
>Die Sonntagsbrötchen waren nicht frisch.

Personal de la recepción pésimo

La ubicación.
La habitación espaciosa, cama cómoda, sin más.
Habitación fria

Cons:

El personal de la recepción pésimo, de verdadera vergüenza.
No sabían nada ,no hablaban inglés, les pedimos la tarjeta transporte y ninguno sabia.Dejaron la recepción a cargo de un niño no más de 15 años ,sin hablar nada de inglés y sin saber hacer nada.Malas formas,sin nada de empatia hacia el cliente. Parecía que estábamos en un mercado de Estambul ,en vez de Alemania.
Luego no sabía o no quería darnos el recibo del pago ,al final nos lo dio de malas ganas.En definitiva muyy decepcionante y porsupuesto nada recomendable .

Die Lage.

Cons:

Kaum deutsch sprechendes Personal.
Waren in einen Hinterhaus untergebracht.
Während des Frühstücks wurde mit Reinigungsmittel das WC und der Boden ,unmittelbar neben den Lebensmitteln gereinigt. Ekelhaft.

Preis Leistung stimmt gerade noch.
Pros:

Auf dem ersten Blick sehr modern und sauber. Und eine sehr gute Lage. Das Zimmer war schon riesig für den Preis. Sehr viel Platz. Deswegen passt hier auch noch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis für diesen Preis.

Cons:

Betten waren zu hart. Grundreinigung war ok und Standard. Beim genaueren hinsehen war schon Spuren von Taschen an der Wand. Vielleicht mal anders lösen. Im Bad kommen leichte rostspuren am Waschtisch durch und bei den Fugen der fließen merkt man dass sie auch schon bessere tage hatten. Frühstück war ok. Aber mehr auch nicht.

Super hotel op. prachtige lokatie met fijn personeel.
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel was geweldig midden in het centrum 50 meter v..an de boulevard De kamer was ruim en schoon de receptionisten was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Het ontbijt was uitstekend.

Cons:

Helaas was er geen lift, maar gelukkig . wel een behulpzame receptionist en we hadden gelukkig een kamer op de eerste etage. Douchen in het bad is ook niet echt ons ding maar verder een super verblijf gehad echt een aanrader.

Empfang/Personal in der Rezeption bei Ankunft bzw. Abfahrt: gelangweilt, spärliche Infos, keine Rechnung erhalten (hatte auch vergessen extra nochmals nachzufragen).
WLAN: hat nicht funktioniert
Kosmetiktuchbox im Badezimmer leer
Bei Frühstück musste wg leerer Marmelade/Saft nachgefragt werden (war länger niemand zum fragen da)
Frühstück war früher /noch letztes Jahr besser

Nous avons été déçu de cet hôtel et ne le recommanderons pas.
Pros:

L'emplacement près du port et rue piétonne

Cons:

Le manque de propreté, les chambres n'ont pas été nettoyées pendant 4 jours, les poubelles pas vidées. Des linges sales restaient dans le couloir pendant 2 jours. Le personnel de réception n'a absolument pas écouté nos doléances.
De plus la réservation a été faite pour deux chambres identiques, seule une chambres correspondait à notre réservation.

Cons:

Huge hassle. No one speaks english, poor breakfast and no customer service skills at all. No shampoo, no handwash in the room…I have hard time to understand how the hotel has been accepted to IHG chain. One of the staff members was using bullet vest at the lobby….
