Really unpleasant experience.
Pros:

The position close to the ferry.t

Cons:

The room 150 was very small and extremely hot. Outside temperature was around 35 °C and the room temperature even higher, because the room is exposed to south. No A/C, just one fan.

Good location. We’ll come back but NEVER ever during summer days and heatwave.

Cons:

No AC, the room was too warm (we visited unfortunately during the heatwave). We were provided with Electic Fan but it was just too uncomfortable in the summer heat. Hotels are and should be a relaxing and comfortable haven for visitors who’d spent lot hours outside walking and site-seeing. We had to check out earlier because we cannot handle the heat anymore and we were scared that our dogs wouldn’t make it. I never got to sleep during the night because I spent hours helping my dogs cool down. As there was no single air entering our room from the window.

We also experienced a huge misunderstanding with our booking reservations, although it was patched, but could have been avoided if upon check-in, the front desk staff would ask for an ID or confirm visitor’s name so that there would be no errors upon check-in.

Pros:

Die gute zentrumsnahe Lage.
Das war es dann auch schon.

Cons:

Wir waren im Nebenhaus untergebracht.
Dieses ist völlig in die Jahre gekommen und abgelebt. Dusche in der Badewanne mit Vorhang (90er Jahre lassen grüßen).
Die Löcher der abgerissenen Nachtische an der Bettumrandung wurden mit separaten nachgekauften Nachtischen kaschiert.
Der Sanierungsstau ist deutlich (auch im Hauptgebäude)sichtbar.
Dann ist es extrem laut, da alles recht hellhörig ist. Bei uns war bis morgens um kurz vor 3 Uhr nicht an schlafen zu denken, da permanent Gegrölle und Türenschhlagen zu vernehmen war.
Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls nur den Namen wert. Eine Brot und eine Brötchenvariante und wenn man Pech hatte musste man noch länger warten bis mal wieder etwas nachgelegt wurde.
Hier wird eindeutig am Personalschlüssel eingespart. Den das eingesetzte Personal konnte die Gästeanzahl auch mit größter Mühe nicht umsorgen.
Mein Fazit: Preis / Leistung völlig inakzeptabel.
Nächtes mal sicher nicht wieder in diesem Hotel.

Kein Bikerhotel, dafür ausgezeichnete Lage im Stadtzentrum.
Pros:

Lage im Zentrum von Friedrichshafen.
Personal war bemüht, Platz und Elektroanschluss zum Laden unserer vier E-Bikes zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Cons:

Kühlung des Zimmers während den heissen Tagen (keine Klimaanlage / keine effiziente Lüftung vorhanden)

Verkehrsgünstiges Hotel ohne großen Komfort.
Pros:

Absolut ruhige Lage in Fußgängerzone. Freundliches Frühstückpersonal hat Wünsche erfüllt. Frühstückbuffet wurde laufed nachgefüllt. Frühstückbuffet wurde sehr sauber gehalten. Hatlestelle Friedrichshafen Hafen in weingen Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Habe im Nebengebäude gewohnt, war in einer anderren Straße. Musste zum Frühstückbüffet jeden Tag Straße und Hinterhof überqueren. Einrichtung schon etwas abgewohnt. Kühlschrank total vereist. Sofa konnte zur Schlagcouch umbewandelt werden, rutschte beim Sitzen darum immer auseinander.
