Nettes Personal

Cons:

Keinen Lift.
Dass das Hotel in der Fussgängerzone ist und man im öffentlichen Parking parkieren muss, wurde erst nach der Buchung gesagt

Die Anfahrt ist wirklich verwirrend. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, was bei schwerem Gepäck natürlich sehr unpraktisch ist. Es war nicht besonders sauber. Die duschvorhänge waren schon sehr mitgenommen…
Sehr hellhörig und dadurch auch im Zimmer laut.

Wir waren im Nebengebäude. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt in der Nähe von See und Hafenbahnhif war top. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sofa war kaputt und dreckig, Toilettentür war wie eine Schranktür und nicht schliessbar, Lift machte beängstigende Bewegungen, Zimmer im Nebengebäude
