Everything was fine but wasn’t very clean
Pros:

- room got upgraded for free
- decor looked nice, a little outdated but we liked the style
- staff were very friendly
- bed was okay

Altbacken, aber mit Charme....
Pros:

Zimmer ein Mix aus altbacken und modern mit gewöhnungsbedürftigen Pferdebildern an der Wand. Teppich zwar gepflegt, aber echt geschmacklos. Auch wenn man mit viel Sinn für Ironie und Humor von einem burberry Teppich sprechen könnte 🤣
Ich hab mich dennoch wohlgefühlt . Zum schlafen reichts . Privat würde ich da eher nicht absteigen . Nespresso Maschine im Komfort Zimmer , Body Lotion und Reha gym im keller verleihen wohl den 4. Stern. Ansonsten kann ich mir den nicht erklären . Wasser fürs Zimmer kriegt man an der Rezeption , ebenso Gummibärchen und Lollies. Personal ganz nett, aber ziemlich lustlos bei der Sache.

Cons:

Das zu große ungemütliche Doppelzimmer, der Teppich, die Bilder und die Beschriftung (400ter Zimmer im 6. Stock, 600ter aber auch )... Frühstücksraum )Frühstück selbst hatte ich keins

Enigszins gedateerd hotel in uitgaansgebied, wel schoon en goede OV-verbindingen
Pros:

Locatie middenin het uitgaansgebied. Als je daarvan houdt: prima dus. Er was, op een zaterdagavond, rumoer tot tegen de ochtend maar ik vond dat niet hinderlijk.

Cons:

Ik vond de herhaalde verzoeken om van tevoren in te checken, met digitale handtekening en al, een beetje irritant.

Gute Lage, Alte Zimmer, Aufpassen beim Check-Out
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich perfekt – mitten in Neustadt mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Umgebung. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Das Bett sowie Kissen und Decken waren sehr bequem, sodass der Schlafkomfort definitiv gegeben war.

Cons:

Leider entsprechen die Zimmer überhaupt nicht den Bildern auf der Website. Die Einrichtung wirkt stark veraltet, teilweise wie aus den 70er Jahren. Möbel sind abgenutzt, der Schrank war sogar instabil. Insgesamt entsteht ein ungepflegter Eindruck.

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war sehr staubig und wirkte, als wäre er schon lange nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt worden. Auch das Badezimmer war unpraktisch: Die Dusche befindet sich in einer Badewanne mit nur einer kleinen Abtrennung, sodass beim Duschen viel Wasser auf den Boden läuft.

Ein weiteres großes Manko ist die Bauweise des Hotels. Das Treppenhaus ist extrem verwinkelt und wirkt wie ein Labyrinth. Trotz vorhandenem Aufzug muss man teilweise noch Treppen rauf und runter, was mit Gepäck sehr unkomfortabel ist.

Besonders negativ war die Check-out-Situation: Obwohl wir um 11:00 Uhr aus dem Zimmer waren und uns bereits im Treppenhaus befanden, wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin darauf hingewiesen, dass wir aufgrund von drei Minuten Verspätung (11:03 Uhr) 25 € für einen Late Check-out zahlen müssten. Aufgrund der langen Wartezeit auf den Aufzug konnten wir das Hotel tatsächlich erst deutlich später verlassen. Die Gebühr wurde zwar letztendlich aus Kulanz nicht berechnet, dennoch war diese Situation unnötig und wenig kundenfreundlich.

Alle comfort dat je nodig hebt in een hotel is aanwezig!
Pros:

Zeer goede locatie en super vriendelijk personeel!

Cons:

Je zit vlak in het uitgaansleven maar niet dat het zo storend is, ramen zijn goed geïsoleerd:-)
