um 5.59 Uhr wurde der Staubsauger im Treppenhaus betätigt auf Fliesen- sehr nett wenn man entspannt schlafen möchte.

Pros:

Wir wurden frdl und zuvorkommend empfangen. Man merkt, das sich um einen gekümmert wurde. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich, Frühstück und Abendessen war super. Die Lage ist gut und hat eine super Anbindung um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Manko war: meine Frau fand es etwas kühl im Zimmer. Dies wurde aber dank zusätzlicher Decke für die Nacht gut kompensiert.

Ein wirklich sehr freundlicher Service ist hervorzuheben!
Parkplatzgebühren sind auch wirklich in Ordnung.

Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier gelebt
Pros:

Zimmer ist knuddelig. Lage um zu einer Veranstaltung in die Sporthalle zu gehen, ist optimal. Frühstück ist sehr hervorzuheben. Und ebenso hervorzuheben ist fas gesamte Personal! Sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und unaufdringlich. Cocktails sind fantastisch gut.
Wir würden ehrlich gesagt gerne nochmal wiederkommen und dann ein Abendessen btwm Menü dort einnehmen.

Gemütlich, genau das was wir brauchten
Pros:

Alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Da wir zu wenig Zeit hatten, konnten wir das Hotel leider nicht komplett auskosten.

Cons:

Wir hatten etwas Schimmel in der Dusche. Das dürfte bei einem Sternehotel eigentlich nicht sein.
