The warm welcoming and hospitality!
All of the staff and management were very professional and we felt very safe during our stay.

The receptionist at night Hardiyanto was very nice

Cons:

The towels were extremely old , they became grey...
Also the bedsheets are dated with stains . Generally a bit old hotel

Pros:

It's a reputable international chain Hotel. Has standard services and cleanliness

Cons:

Actually the location is alright. I just don't like the railway train across the Hotel and the traffic lights crossing the railway.

Was woken up by staff at 0.30am because of a fire alarm issue..

Location is not great. You have to rake a detour through small residential alleys to get to the hotel
