Pros:

Many thanks to the lovely reservation team and hotel staff who accomodated my requests for a quiet corner room on the top floor. We were able to have restful sleep as such.

Lovely Room, Great View and Kind Staff
Pros:

Great hotel, conveniently located within the city.

The room was exceptional, and the bed was comfortable, and the room came with a balcony view of the river and the surrounding city.

The shower/bath is nicely sized with free amenities.

The staff are also very kind and accommodating, giving us complimentary food service on check-in, and we were able to check out very early at 2 am.

Cons:

There was nowhere to place my suitcases or clothes in the room, which was not much of a problem. So I just left my clothes in my suitcase and the suitcase on the floor.

This might be a problem for people with many suitcases or clothes.

Fukuoka Gem
Pros:

Very spacious, clean well appointed hotel. Close to all the main city attractions and shopping districts. Lots of local and international restaurants. Welcome afternoon high tea a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

No English television or ability to tap into your own streaming services like Netflix or YouTube. Real issue for English speaking people. Just one ir 2 channels would help.
