Pros:

ビジネス用で急遽予約して宿泊しました。喫煙可の部屋でしたが、全く匂いも気にならず、部屋の設備やアメニティもその辺のビジネス向けホテルよりも充実していました。価格も安く、朝食付きのプランでしたが、時間がなくて食べられなかったのが残念でした。

設備の使用法が分かりにくい
Pros:

TVのボリュームの調整の仕方が最後まで分からず
カラオケの使い方は戸棚の奥に隠れた説明書を見つけてやっとわかった

朝食付きのはずだったが注文方法がわからず（メニュー一覧には有料のものしか出てこない）

以上の説明が一切なく、少し不親切に感じた

Pros:

This is the first time I stayed at Love Hotel. I knew about it by many Japanese TV program. Basically it is made for lovers that wants to have a private time. They had a "karaoke machine" set on TV and many other adults amenity.
It is recommended for couples.
The lobby staff was very discrete.
