Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Beautifully presented property with warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Complimentary coffee, tea and filtered water throughout our stay we appreciated.

Cons:

The maintenance works starting at 7am right outside our window, however this was nil fault if the accomodation or their staff.

Tres bon séjour. Dommage de ne pas rester plus.
Pros:

Excellent hotel proche de la gare à pied et des transports pour visiter. Très calme, pas de bruit dans et hors de l'hotel. Tout neuf, chambre impeccable jusqu'au détail. tres agréable!

Cons:

Absence de personnel à l'accueil à partir de 23h (en cas d'urgence)

Fantástica! Recomendo de olhos fechados e sonho em poder me hospedar lá novamente!
Pros:

Nós AMAMOS o hotel Chamade e nenhum elogio vai ser suficiente para descrever o quão perfeito esse hotel é! Recomendo de olhos fechados! O hotel e os quartos são lindos! O quarto é espaçoso, clean, confortável, cheiroso, limpo e elegante. O chuveiro é ótimo, o banheiro tem duas pias, os amenities são cheirosíssimos. Ao lado da recepção tem uma salinha onde você pode se servir de café, chá e água à vontade gratuitamente, inclusive a recepção oferece que você pegue garrafas de água e leve para o quarto se quiser sem custo. Eles também te oferecem um mapa da cidade e dão todas as orientações. O hotel fica bem próximo da estação de trem de Ghent, o que facilita para tudo. Tanto para pegar trem e visitar Bruxelas ou Bruges, quanto para pegar o bonde em frente e ir até o centro da cidade. Os funcionários são sempre simpaticíssimos e te ajudam com o que você precisar. E o hotel é metade do preço das hospedagens de Bruges, e bem mais barato do que ficar em Bruxelas, só que com muito mais qualidade. Um achado!

Cons:

No período da nossa hospedagem estavam ocorrendo obras nas duas entradas do hotel, mas uma delas entendo que era algo da cidade e eles não tinham como se responsabilizar por isso. Então houve barulho logo cedo, já que na Bélgica é permitido obra a partir de 7 horas da manhã, inclusive aos sábados. Isso perturbou nosso sono, mas com toda certeza foi algo pontual e não me arrependo nem um pouco de ter ficado lá por causa disso. Esse tipo de contratempo acontece.
