Pros:

Everything other than the breakfast. There were only a few guests to the staff presented a super-simple set of options. A more substantial breakfast would be welcomed. It's good for BUSINESS!

Cons:

Publicité mensongère : mensonge sur le buffet du petit déjeuner, seulement trois places proposer à la carte pour le petit déjeuner et le buffet comme indiqué sur l'annonce et les photos et tout simplement inexistant. Énorme déception

Pros:

Restaurang stängd pga för få boende.
Frukost ett skämt. Nudlar med grönsaker är ingen frukost.
Språkförbistring pga de i receptionen knapp kunde engelska. Vi kom till rummet o då stod allt som skulle vara i kylskåpet ute. Vi ställde in det o då menade dom att vi förstört vattnet o Redbull för det stod i kylskåpet o ville att vi skulle betala för dessa.

The view from my room

Cons:

Upon our arrival there was no greeting by the staff. In fact the individual sitting behind the reception desk was too consumed with their cell phone that they had not even noticed that there were two guest wanting to check in at the Desk. This would be a common occurrence, as all of their employees are more focused on their phones than the customers that they are there to take care of.
I requested an additional key as here in Vietnam. One of your room keys is used to turn on the power for the air conditioning. But since it's so hot, I requested an extra key so that we could leave the power on that way the room would be cool upon a return. The front desk said that they could not issue a third key that we have two and that's all we would get. Seems kind of odd since we're talking about a piece of plastic in the shape of a credit card that they just magnetized to my room lock. But that was not the first issue.

This reservation included a prepaid breakfast at their buffet. Upon arriving at the buffet the first morning in the hotel, we found little to no food on the buffet almost as if it had been cleared out and they weren't replenishing. Keep in mind breakfast is from 6:30 AM Until 9 AM. I arrived with my fiancé for breakfast at the restaurant at 8 AM and there was little to no food remaining nor were they making additional food to replenish so that any guest that may come down in the last hour would have something to eat.

Then there's the linens. In the rooms there were two towels and bathmat. But no wash cloths nor would they send any up because they don't have.

The last thing which was the straw that broke camels back, was that I had selected our Seaview room, which gave me access to the infinity pool that looks out of ver the sea. Upon arrival we found that the pool is been closed for several weeks and they had no projected date in which it would be made available, nor had the hotel disclosed this was not available at check in.

If I had other options with the same price I’d would have never booked thẻ

The bed was comfortable. That’s the only good thing about the property

Cons:

Was not happy about the fact that I had to handover my passport for the duration of my stay. I’ve travelled around in Vietnam and this is the only hotel that had this ludicrous policy.
Another bizarre policy is that housekeeping services aren’t available after 5pm a 4 Star hotel, insane.
The breakfast served was atrocious to say the least. The was even a worm in the dragon fruit. ROTTEN FOOD IS GIVEN TO PIGS! Not humans
