Check in saati 15.00 olarak belirtilmişti. Otele 14.00 gibi vardık. Odalar müsait olduğu halde 15.00 de girebileceğimiz eğer 14.00 de girmek istersek 20€/oda ekstra ödememiz gerektiği söylendi. 3 odaydık ve bir odanın ihtiyaç hali vardı. 20€ ekstra verip o oadaya erken giriş yaptık. Diğer odalar için check in yapamadık ve lobby de 1 saat beklettiler. Bu konuda otelin ön büro müdürü ile tattıştık, gerildik. Kuralların böyle olduğunu değiştiremeyeceklerini belirttiler. Diğer personeller o gergin ortamda güler yüzlü olmaya çalıştılar. Bir daha rodisson da kalmam, müşteri/misafir dostu hotel tercih ederim. saat 14.00 de check in için ekstra ücret istemek saçmalık. Geç check out için fark duymuştum ama saat 14.00 deki check in için hiç duymamıştım.

Pleasant Stay with Great Staff but Needs Better Maintenance
Pros:

I liked the hotel because it was fairly good for the price. It was very clean overall — especially the bathroom, toilet, and the bed (except for the floor). The lady and gentleman working at the reception were very friendly and truly did their best to be helpful and provide great service. I would choose this hotel again for my stay.

Cons:

Some basic amenities were missing, such as slippers. The floors were extremely dusty and dirty; our feet and socks became very dirty and covered in lint. There was no telephone in the room to contact the reception, and they did not provide disposable toothbrushes. Considering the hotel’s name and price, this was quite surprising. When we mentioned these issues to the reception, they said they had informed the manager many times before, but no changes had been made.

It was ok.
Pros:

Just a normal European standard hotel. Nothing special abt it.

Cons:

Noise from other rooms. Even tiptoeing from other rooms could be heard, not speaking about other doorclosing noises. No room slippers.

Zentrales Hotel mit netten Zimmern und einigen kleinen Hürden bei Parken und mit der Geräuschkulisse
Pros:

Das Zimmer entsprach unserer Buchung mit einem getrennten Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich und einer Couch, um nicht auf der Bettkannte sitzen zu müssen. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung und mit dem Notwendigen versehen. Die Betten waren bequem und alles war sauber. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich, auch das Frühstück war einfach, aber für uns ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Störend war der Geräuschpegel von der Straße. Wir waren im ersten Stock und man hatte immer den Eindruck, dass ein Fenster offen sei, da man jedes Wort der vorbeilaufenden Menschen hörte. Die schwarze Wandfarbe war stylisch, machte aber das Zimmer dunkel. Schwierig und umständlich war die Autoanreise. Vor dem Hotel war alles vollgeparkt und man musste sich einen Schlüssel erst an der Rezeption holen, dann nochmals um den Block fahren, da die Garage etwas gegen die Fahrtrichtung in der Einbahnstrasse liegt. Die Plätze sind sehr eng und man die Tür kaum aufbekommen. Das Risiko haben wir aber in der Beschreibung bereits erkannt, aber es war dann doch noch noch aufwendiger, da man vor dem Hoteleingang keinen Platz bekam und auch nicht stehen konnte, da die Straße zu eng war! Am Ende hat alles funktioniert.
