Água do banho escorre pra dentro do quarto 111 e não tem estacionamento pra o carro ficamos dependendo de manobrista e perdemos tempo mais os motoristas fazem um excelente trabalho

Pros:

Boa variedade no café da manhã, bom ar condicionado. O quarto e hotel corresponderam às expectativas.

Cons:

Para um hotel tão turístico, poderia ser um pouco mais "anfitrião", por exemplo:
- televisão só funciona com o login para streaming pessoal do hóspede, nem tv por cabo funciona;
- passei mal no meio da sala do café da manhã, tive tontura e quase desmaiei e foi outra hóspede quem me socorreu (sendo que vários empregados passaram por mim e nada);
- estive hospedada durante o alerta vermelho das inundações, onde nada se encontrava aberto (sequer alimentação) , e não houve qualquer comunicação por parte do hotel com qualquer aviso, prestação de apoio, sequer uma água. Me fez pensar que se a situação piorasse eu morreria de fome ali e ninguém perceberia.

Temas incluídos na contratação do servico? Não. Mas humanamente seria de bom grado uma melhoria 😊
