Con mejor gestión sería una estancia ideal, tienen mucho espacio para mejorar
Pros:

Excelente la zona de piscina y hottubs junto al bar. Desayuno bastante bueno. Personal muy amable y atento.

Cons:

No hay restaurantes aceptables en la zona, hay que caminar mucho o ir en auto. Falta de mantención en grifería, muebles, enchufes. Problemas de aseo en baños comunes. La vista desde la habitación a un patio interior oscuro era muy mala, optamos por mantener las cortinas cerradas.

Cons:

Funcionários lentos demais. Não há toalhas no andar da piscina, e ao pedir levam muito tempo , até desisti. Serviços de quarto e de bar da piscina idem, lentos.

Gostei muito da acolhida de um modo geral. Destaco a simpatia de todos da equipe de serviços durante nossa estadia, com destaque para a recepção, café da manhã, manobrista e camareira (Yasmim muito cuidadosa e atenciosa desde nossa chegada). TODOS muito solícitos e atenciosos. Quero agradecer a surpresa ao voltar à noite e encontrar bolo acompanhado de mensagem de felicitações pelo meu aniversário. Um carinho muito especial que demonstra cuidado e atenção com os hóspedes. Parabéns à politica do hotel traduzida em pratica de receber bem por toda a equipe.

Pros:

Dos atendentes, todos foram cordiais conosco.

Cons:

Academia é péssima: dispõe de uma esteira, uma bicicleta de péssima qualidade e poucos pesos;
O café da manhã foi totalmente desagradável: faltou repor alimento, máquina de café estava quebrada, faltou suco, o ar condicionado de um dos ambientes não funcionava, não havia limpeza constante;
As imagens que o hotel dispõe deixam a entender que possui vista pra a praia, porém é um espaço muito pequeno, quase não dá pra ver;
O valor da diária é super caro para o que o hotel oferece.

Funcionários que servem café da manhã mal humorados, pouco prestativos e antipáticos. Parece que estão obrigados a servir o café da manhã com raiva e desprezo pelos clientes. Fizeram isto com vários hospedes. Recepção, manobristas e camareiras excelentes.
