O hotel tem uma boa localização, com um bom investimento poderia ser melhor classificado.
Pros:

Atendimento e localização, foram os pontos positivos na minha estada.

Cons:

O quarto é escuro, o local de banho é muito pequeno e os registros não fecham bem, as roupas de cama e toalhas poderiam ser trocadas por algo melhor, o café é muito básico e poderia também ter mais claridade no ambiente.

Aspecto de velho e escuro. Poderia melhorar o piso do quarto. Também achei o box do banheiro pequeno demais

Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom, piscinas boas e funcionarios muito atenciosos.

Cons:

De quase 5 diarias so uma vez a moça apareceu pra limpeza, nosso primeiro quarto tinha infiltracao no teto e fomos trocados para o outro, mas também tinha uma infiltração no teto do armário.

Atendimento e simpatia dos funcionários, além do café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Quarto inicial estava com grande barulho no ar condicionado, informei na recepção e prontamente me trocaram de unidade. No novo quarto, as 02 últimas diárias a água do chuveiro não esquentava , informei a recepção em 3 momentos e não foi resolvido até minha saída, nem satisfação me deram. A acústico do corredor para dentro do quarto é ruim e vice-versa também, precisam melhor isso.
