⭐ PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA — NÃO RECOMENDO!

Chegamos ao hotel depois de 12 horas de viagem, com duas crianças, esperando apenas conseguir descansar e tomar um banho. Infelizmente, fomos muito mal recepcionados e encontramos uma situação completamente inaceitável.

O quarto estava sem toalhas de banho e sem cobertas. Para piorar, não havia água quente e o chuveiro não estava funcionando, impossibilitando nossa família de tomar banho depois de uma viagem extremamente cansativa.

Procuramos o hotel para tentar resolver e a resposta foi simplesmente que não havia o que fazer, pois a gerência e os responsáveis só estariam presentes amanhã à tarde.

É inadmissível receber hóspedes nessas condições e não apresentar nenhuma alternativa, principalmente para uma família viajando com crianças.

Deixo aqui também, publicamente, nosso pedido para que o hotel apresente uma solução imediata. Não estamos pedindo nenhum favor, apenas condições mínimas compatíveis com o serviço que contratamos e pagamos.

Esperamos que algum responsável pela administração entre em contato e resolva a situação ainda hoje, seja restabelecendo as condições adequadas de hospedagem ou apresentando uma alternativa para nossa família.

Nossa chegada a Recife, que deveria começar de forma tranquila, virou uma enorme frustração.

Até que o problema seja resolvido, não recomendo. Se estiver procurando hotel em Recife, procure outra opção.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel pour les déplacements. Le petit-déjeuner bcp de choix.

Cons:

La salle de bain mérite un rafraîchissement. Une bouilloire et un fer à repasser seraient nécessaire dans la chambre.

O hotel é bem confortável. Ja me hospedei outras vzs. A cama e travesseiros sao bons. Funcionários solícitos e o cafe é fantástico. Só vai. Vc nao vai de arrepender :)

Great location and breakfast, but poor communication when dealing with a maintenance issue.
Pros:

Location right next to the beach and good breakfast.

Cons:

We had some issues with the shower drain, which was not working properly and caused water to accumulate. Unfortunately, the staff did not coordinate well on how to deal with the issue. One person told us that we would be moved to another room the next day, but the next person on shift knew nothing about it and said they would send a plumber. Then, the following person told us there was no record of a plumber being requested. In the end, we just gave up!
