部屋の窓から見える景色が癒やされた。
部屋に用意されていた珈琲のドリップパックの追加をフロントでお願いしたら断わら、館内の売店、自動販売機利用を勧めるが、冷たい飲み物だけでホット珈琲を希望していた私の欲しい物がなかった。

全体によかったです。レストランでの夕食ですが当日の予約ができないのには困りました。大浴場の温泉がややぬるいのも残念です。スタッフの礼儀正しさや、施設の清潔度はとても良かったです。小さな天文台があり星空観察会に参加して楽しめました。

三連休と夏休みの初日ということで、値段設定が高い時期でした。正直、この規模で高いなーと思って予約を取りました。建物も年季が入っており、部屋の壁紙も剥がれかかってる箇所もたり、コンセントも少なくて不便でした。ですが、家族３人が過ごすには順番な広さがあり、大浴場も露天風呂もとても満足出来ました。夕食は日本料理のお店しか予約が取れず、和食が苦手な私には食べれないものもありましたが、最終的にはお腹いっぱいになり、他の家族には好評でした。朝食は洋食が選べたので、ビュッフェとは違って、落ち着いて食事ができました。朝から大満足な朝食で、スタッフの気遣いも完璧でした。予約時の予想に反して、また利用したいと思うホテルです。星空観測がチェックイン時には全て満席で参加出来なかったことだけ残念でした。

ジュニアスィートのお部屋でしたがお値段と見合わないほどの広さがありとても贅沢な時間を過ごせました。朝食もとても美味しくスタッフの方々もとてもご親切でした。また家族と来たいと思いました！

高原のホテルに大浴場があるのが、大変良かったです。　
デュベが羽根布団なら更に、快適かと思いました。
夕食、朝食も美味しかったです。スタッフも良かったです。
窓から池が見れて、景色が良かったですね!
また泊まりに行きたいホテルです。

利用2日前の予約だったので、特別な部屋しか予約出来なかったが、逆にそれが功を奏する結果に。夕朝食付きだったので、館内でのんびりできる時間が豊富に。大浴場は利用者が少ないと思われる時間帯に利用。露天風呂でのんびり出来ました。大浴場と部屋のバス共に使い、日常の疲れが取れました。館内にはエレベーター2基が、レストラン行きと大浴場行きの2基。分かれているのが良いと思われました。

懐石料理が美味しかったです。特に一の膳がそれぞれ良い味付けでした。
全体のボリュームがそれなりにあるので、最後のご飯は、好みの量を聞いて頂けると良いかと思います。
