Quality Inn Warsaw near Rappahannock River

We checked in late around 1am on Saturday morning and booked 2 nights. We had a grocery bag full of food that could not be left out...steaks, salad, dressing, cheese and frozen bread. We were given a nightly rate, signed for 2 nights stay and went to our room for the night. Got up late and visited a winery and shops that day in the area. Upon returning around 430pm, our room key would not work. We were told our stuff had been packed up and left on a cart behind the check in. Needless to say it was not neat and all our food was room temperature. We were not called or notified of anything happening during the day. No manager has been available to talk to us this week and we received no receipt for booking. Poor establishment to kick someone out that has booked their stay only to say our room was requested by someone else. Never again will we stay here and definitely will not recommend for anyone else to stay. Would not have given 1 star for a review.

This property has not had a working pool for years!
Everything was great. Except when the front desk gave my room to a newly arriving guest while I was in it. Awkward surprise when he opened the room door.

The staff was amazing friendly professional and helpful. I loved the room and the bed was so comfy! The only negative comment I had was that the waffle maker didn’t cook the waffle all the way with raw batter through most of it. But I enjoyed some of the other breakfast options.
I had never visited Hague before and I enjoyed the town very much!

QI was OK. In small town VA quick overnight stop late night. The hotel sufficed. Room was fine, separate beds. Cont bfast was better than expected. Shower pressure a little weak. We got what we paid for... Movin on

Reasonable price clean and quiet

Usually okay but this stay we were put in 3 different rooms 1st terrible smell in first even employee said it was 2nd cigarette smell and sink wouldn’t drain and no one available to fix it 3 A/C broken
Then my brother was in another room (we stayed 3 days )we went to visit family 1st day come back and they checked someone in in my brothers room

Key Card- Got to the resort, got card for rm 205. Card did not work, went to desk to be reprogrammed, still did not work, went back again and was told it may be the batteries so the guy cam up with me and went to rm 203. I asked him why and was told “oh they must’ve written the wrong number on the card envelope. Minus one star
Got into the room. Turned on the bathroom light and heard a very loud overhead fan. Took a shower and the pipes began to squeak. Between the fan and the pipes, this was the loudest shower ever. Minus one star
I chose this place because of the advertised breakfast and the recommendation of the folks I visited. They said breakfast was the best with eggs, bacon, sausage etc. So, imagine my surprise when I went downstairs and all I saw was a waffle machine, corn muffins and a broken coffee machine! I looked around in amazement! WTH!! There was a guy sitting at the table with his wife. He says, “I did the same thing you did”. I asked the mgr and was told “I wish we did. Not all things are at all locations” Dude..You need to change your website. Minus one star
Looking for room service, I expected them to come up every day, NOPE, every other day NOPE. They come every three days or upon request. I never saw them because I left. Minus one star
Asked for the pool. Out of service for the year. Minus one star

Friendly and courteous front desk reception staff

The hotel conditions were abhorrent. The smell of mold and mildew in the room was horrific. The bed sheets were dirty and the towels were dingy and yellow. The microwave was broken and filthy. The flooring was badly damaged throughout the building. The health department and building inspector of the county should do an inspection of the premise. No one should stay in this hotel. The hotel staff did as best as they could to make us comfortable and very apologetic.

Expedia never sent my reservation to the property, so I did not get to stay and had to drive home 2.5 hours unexpectedly. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA
