Die Lage am See und das Personal im Service Bereich -/Restaurant

Cons:

Das Hotel Management,
Nicht nur das sie dem Kunden das Kabel um 19.00 Uhr Übernacht für die Ladung des E-Bikes für den nächsten Tag aus der Steckdose ziehen
Sie werden dann auch noch ausfällig um den Vorgang zu beschönigen….
Kann ich nur abraten sich mit solch einem Anbieter einzulassen…

Un séjour très agréable dans un établissement classique
Pros:

La qualité de la nourriture au restaurant et le confort du restaurant et de la terrasse sont excellents.
La piscine extérieure et les chaises longues apportent beaucoup de bien-être et de confort.
Séjourner dans cet établissement est une destination en soi: nul besoin d’aller ailleurs, on s’y sent bien et tout est présent pour faire notre bonheur.
Le personnel à la réception m’ont tous très bien reçue.

Cons:

Il faisait 34 degrés lors de mon séjour et la chaleur dans ma chambre était insupportable. J’ai dû prendre une douche en plein milieu de la nuit pour pouvoir me rafraîchir. Je crois qu’un établissement de ce standard devrait mettre des ventilateurs portables à disposition dans les chambres, pour assurer un minimum de confort aux clients à ce niveau.
Le service aux tables n’est pas aussi courtois selon les serveurs.

Probably one of the best hotels in Germany!!
Pros:

Great location with excellent spa and sauna facilities. Super friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet and delicious 4 course dinners.

Cons:

No complaints at all.

Children in the Saune area where they did not below
Sauna area declared as textile free, but many user do not respect this
Value for money - specially for diner costs - are questionable
