Perfect 👌🏻 location
Pros:

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful boutique hotel! The rooms were stylish, spacious, and super comfortable with attention to every little detail. The amenities were excellent, making the stay both relaxing and luxurious. The restaurant served incredible food with a great atmosphere and top-notch service. Definitely a perfect place for a cozy and memorable getaway! Perfect 👌🏻 location

Pros:

Very good hotel. The stay was comfortable and the staff was helpful. The best part is that the temple is within walking distance, which makes the location very convenient.

Good location for the ghats (10 minute walk) but almost impossible to find. Tuktuks can't enter the immediate area and nobody seemed to have heard of the hotel to direct me.
Reception staff were generally pleasant and helpful, some restaurant staff need to learn how to smile.
Good sized room.
Restaurant quite overpriced but some reaonable choices.

Cons:

Very poor breakfast, a couple of bananas, toast and you had to pay extra for coffee!! There were local bread and curry options too for Indian guests.
This hotel is very much set up for Indian guests, not European visitors.

The location was good and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff, especially the lady at the reception was EXTREMELY rude. Sadly I don’t remember her name. Everytime we asked for something from the reception (like extra bed, which we had paid for), it took a long time for them to respond even after multiple follow-ups). Also, one of the reasons that I had booked the hotel was because of the parking. But nowhere while booking or on the phone when paying for the deposit were we told that due to the works going on, the hotel’s parking was not accessible and we had to pay extra for the parking.

Personal muy amable buen lugar
Pros:

El personal muy amable ,te reciben con una tradición del lugar , te toman una foto y te la dan al final de la estancia,también el personal nos contó historias del lugar.
La comida en el restaurante es deliciosa.

Sehr schönes großes Familienzimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Ganges ist fussläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar, der Bazar befindet sich direkt um in die Ecke.
