Pros:

Rooms were big and clean. Staff were extremely polite and cooperative. Restaurant food was great and tasty, open till late. Location is great for exploring heart of kashi. Short 50 m walk from police barricade to hotel and porters were most helpful. Nothing to complain about, so the slight premium price is justified.will stay again.

Pleasant, comfortable and peaceful
Pros:

Very neat place. Courteous staff. Good and near restaurant 1916. All you need is to call them and they take care of any additional requests.
Will definitely recommend to solo travellers, families and groups

Pros:

Located in Godowlia, it is one of the best place to stay in Varanasi if you want to explore the ghats and temples .
Staff are very courteous and helpful, rooms. Were hygenic and clean.
The restuarant food was also good.
The ganga Arti they took us to was the best highlight of the trip.
I would have given 10 but for one small feedback, the resuatant service is very slow and one gets tierd of waiting. Thry took this feeed back and I am sure they will work on it

Worst experience
Pros:

Only location is good otherwise worst service and most important there is no parking in the premises.you Lal have to use paid parking which is very costly.Hotel service is very bad

Bad. The toilets were ditry, the place is noisy. The room had water coming into from the windows.
