I would choose this place to stay at every time
Pros:

The staff at the Best Western Mountain View Inn has always been incredibly kind and welcoming. They were helpful and very understanding and sweet to the children as well. They provided a good breakfast and made sure all our needs were met. They were understanding when we had to change our check in time to a little bit later than originally planned. They were quick to respond when we had to make requests for a family member who needed accommodations (she got sick and didn't come but they were willing to work with is anyways.)

Cons:

The mini fridge/freezer and Microwave need to be updated. They were extremely old. Surprisingly still working, but very old. Also the couch bed was a little off (part near the back of the couch was tilted down instead of flat).

Pros:

The room we stayed in seemed incomplete from some type of update or damage that was repaired. There was no hand soap available so you had to use the body wash from the shower. The shower door made a horribly loud screeching noise when opening and closing. The room also had a weird little basket of potpourri which made the room feel even more outdated than it looked. The worst part was the window coverings. The curtain rods were too short for the frame of the window so you had huge gaps on each side of the window. The Best Western sign was outside this window which was on all night and made the room look like daylight. The picture shown with the blinds closed was taken at 12:30 am. I talked to the front desk upon check out to let them know about the issues. They couldn’t offer a discount since we already paid but would give us a discount and make sure we did not get that same room upon our return trip reservation that we had already set up. Unfortunately we cancelled our next stay the more we thought about it and how uncomfortable the whole situation was.

I will never ever recommend this place smells like pee in the room I can heard everything that is going on above my room My work rented the pace but Next time I will make sure that if this is the place my employer don't rent here is really bad can't even sleep the refrigerator and the light in the bathroom makes a horrible noice please don't come to this place specially if you have kids. I'm exhausted is unfortunate I can't upload a Video so you know what I'm going through. mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, spiderwebs everywhere nasty nasty

It’s easy to get on and off the free way the beds are comfortable. It fits all of us comfortably.

Worst experience ever with a Best Western hotel!!!
Pros:

Do not stay at this hotel - the fella at the front desk is the rudest person ever. The lobby has been sprayed with a noxious substance ....so have the rooms. They allow pets in ALL rooms and don't give a rat's a$$ about anyone that can't do scents or has allergies even tho I clearly stated it on my booking.
