Prima hotel

The hotel in general was nice, clean and well maintained, however our room was below satisfaction, very small, the bathroom was very small and dated, difficult to use the shower as it was so small. The room felt very run down, cracked tiles and stained walls, aircon was poor. The terrace was enclosed with the walls of other terraces so no view. This area was also very run down, nothing like the photos listed. The rest of the hotel was pleasant though and staff very helpful. You need to wear a swim cap in the pool so these had to be purchased. Unfortunately wouldn’t return here because of the room condition. It’s a good base to explore Ischia if you don’t mind the room conditions, as it’s a good location.

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Hjälpte oss att ringa hyrbilsföretaget, gav tips om bra restauranger och utflyktstips. Bra standard på rummet men badrummet skulle behöva en uppfräschning.
Men negativt att vi måste betala för handduk den dagen vi hade checkat ut och hade sen avgång och ingen tvål fanns att tillgå!

Vi hade några underbara och varma dagar på Ischia och Hotel Regina Palace Terme, som ligger bra till med gångavstånd till sevärdheter shoppinggatan och transport med buss till andra delar av ön.
Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam även om de vid poolens bar inte var så duktiga på engelska.
Vi åkte i juli där det inte var så mycket folk på hotellet och det var lätt att hitta bord vid frukosten och plats vid poolen.

I reserved 3 rooms. They did accommodate my request for ground level for one. However the a/c in the other 2 rooms did not work. It was not fixed during our stay resulting in the time in the rooms very uncomfortable. The pool area and breakfast was nice. Location was good

Albergo molto confortevole in una posizione centrale

The property has a pool which was relaxing . The area is centrally located coming from the port. The area can be a bit noisy.

La stabza era una di quelle più piccole e vecchie oltre al fatto che io balcone nn affacciava su nulla totalmente inutile e la piscina esterna con l'acqua calda con 35 gradi all'esterno non è il massimo

La scelta a colazione era veramente scarsa. La stanza era sanificata e pulitissima ma per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo molto di più. La piscina è molto bella e rilassante. Lo staff molto gentile e preparato. La posizione è centrale.

Ottima l’accoglienza e la posizione centrale in centro a Ischia. Buona la colazione. Le camere sono un po’ semplici e non troppo eleganti, i bagni piccoli e non rinnovati.
L’hotel è in zona Ztl quindi se arrivate in auto o in moto fatevi subito fare il permesso.

Sicuramente, la cortesia e gentilezza dello staff merita una menzione. In particolare, il signor Gianni è di un'educazione e disponibilità di altri tempi.
E' un peccato che la proprietà non effettui dei lavori di ammodernamento perchè la posizione della struttura è centrale rispetto al passeggio di Via Roma e ha delle potenzialità. Infatti, l'hotel è vecchiotto, sembra rimasto agli anni 90 con ancora tende, arredamento vecchio stile, mattonelle rotte, moquette e doccia usurata. Peccato che non diano gratuitamenti i teli mare e piscina, me lo sarei aspettato da un 4 stelle.

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer geräumig und ordentlich, Abendessen top, Frühstück ok, Therme 38 Grad, etwas veraltet aber in Ordnung.

Fantastiskt hotell med pool uppvärmd av källvatten ,hotellet har en mycket hög nivå
service och enlighet ,
I en klassisk byggnad och trevlig trädgårdsanläggning , med tillhörande balkong, terrass en skön upplevelse att ta sin eftermiddagsdrink . Hotellet lever mer än väl upp till förväntningarna utan att bli överdådigt Kan varmt rekommendera det

La signora Ilaria, eccezionale ! Ogni albergo dovrebbe avere una receptionista così !
