Great location! Convenient for restaurant options. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
I expected a full balcony with a chair; but only had space to stand. There was a sports team with their parents staying at the hotel the whole week. They were very disrespectful to other guests; and parents were not supervising. We had kids (upper elementary and junior high) running up and down the halls knocking on doors until late at night, with no supervision. They also took over the pool area and were completely out of control. There was no way we could take my 4-year old grandson down to swim safely. Parents sat out on the balcony chatting and let them run havoc throughout the entire hotel.
Cleanliness
The AC unit in our room was really noisy.

The breakfast was not appealing at all. Coffee machines all took turns being broken so availability of coffee was unpredictable.

I always stay there when in SLC. And the fact that the windows open… i like to be on the third floor with the windows open all night… and the staff is always helpful.
An alternative to cow milk for those of us who cannot have it…
Breakfast was fantastic!!!!!!!! Great selection of hot and cold. Enjoyed it greatly. Bed was comfortable and pillows decent. Excellent location to restaurants, shopping and I-15. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional.
