Perfect location, modern rooms, staff communication can be better

- had big problems getting a taxi back to the airport, staff was not very helpful and the airport service is only a taxi, not an own driver

Un séjour très décevant, loin du standing attendu
Cons:

Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été assez décevant. On m'a simplement remis la carte de la chambre en m'indiquant son numéro, sans aucune explication ni accompagnement. La personne à l'accueil m'avait pourtant demandé si c'était ma première venue dans l'établissement, ce à quoi j'avais répondu oui. Malgré cela, aucune indication ne m'a été donnée pour nous orienter vers notre chambre. J'ai donc dû solliciter un autre membre du personnel pour savoir comment nous y rendre et où la trouver. Un minimum d'accompagnement aurait été appréciable.
Plusieurs points ont rendu notre expérience particulièrement désagréable. Nous avons constaté des traces de sang sur la literie, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement de ce standing et soulève des questions concernant l'hygiène.
De plus, les deux lits étaient simplement collés l'un à l'autre pour former un grand lit, ce qui n'est pas très confortable. Les oreillers étaient également inconfortables et la couette faisait énormément de bruit, comme du plastique à l'intérieur, ce qui a perturbé notre confort durant la nuit.
Enfin, nous avions expressément demandé une chambre avec vue sur l'océan, mais nous avons finalement obtenu une chambre avec vue sur la piscine, sans que notre demande soit respectée.
Au vu du standing et des tarifs pratiqués par cet établissement, nous nous attendions à une prestation bien supérieure. Malheureusement, cette expérience ne correspond absolument pas à nos attentes et nous laisse un goût amer.

Nous avons apprécié la grande qualité du dîner et du petit-déjeuner. La piscine chauffée est un véritable plus pour se détendre en fin de journée.

Cons:

Le supplément pour la vue sur mer ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. Nous avions davantage une vue sur les arbres, le parking et la route longeant la mer qu’une véritable vue sur la mer… Il n’y avait pas de sèche cheveux en chambre.
