Mostly great except for ONE thing…
Pros:

The location was great! Very clean & comfortable. Good breakfast. The day staff was absolutely wonderful, so fun & very helpful. The night staff, Mary, was horrible.

Cons:

One night staff member, Mary, was very unhelpful, stubborn, unbending, rude & even hung up on me. When I confronted her face to face, she lied & became belligerent. She is the total opposite of the day staff who were absolutely amazing.

front desk staff was attentive, knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient
Pros:

Loved the high ceilings, inside design and decor, location of the pool and gym. Also communicated by writing when the lobby is closed how to access the property.

Cons:

No access to towels in the pool area

The breakfast was amazing! Couldn’t have cooked it better myself! The coffee- Mmmm 😋
The courtyard and pool areas were well kept and inviting. We were there for a large family wedding and we congregated there as it was large enough and accommodated us perfectly.
We requested privacy to our rooms and that was respected.
The hotel was walking distance from the downtown area which included restaurants, shops, churches and parks.
Beds were comfortable and all was clean and fresh.
Well done 👍🏼 👍🏼👍🏼 and thank you so much!!!
