front desk staff was attentive, knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient
Pros:

Loved the high ceilings, inside design and decor, location of the pool and gym. Also communicated by writing when the lobby is closed how to access the property.

Cons:

No access to towels in the pool area

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! Couldn’t have cooked it better myself! The coffee- Mmmm 😋
The courtyard and pool areas were well kept and inviting. We were there for a large family wedding and we congregated there as it was large enough and accommodated us perfectly.
We requested privacy to our rooms and that was respected.
The hotel was walking distance from the downtown area which included restaurants, shops, churches and parks.
Beds were comfortable and all was clean and fresh.
Well done 👍🏼 👍🏼👍🏼 and thank you so much!!!

Pros:

I've stayed here before, so I knew to expect cleanliness & convenience as far as location. Conveniently located to all things Napa, Calistoga related. The staff was helpful. Fresh baked cookies when you arrive. Check in was seamless. Overall a great experience.
