A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

I would like to thank Karim,Paul and Islam for the amazing service. We had a wonderful stay at Paramount Hotel Dubai. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and they also allowed us a late checkout until 4 PM, which was very helpful for us, especially with the kids.

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The team made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. We truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality.

Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again!

Good Room but Bad Service (Especially Valet)
Pros:

Location and size of the room.

Cons:

The Valet service is terrible! They try to convince you as much as they can to not use the valet service because they’re understaffed and can’t handle the traffic, in my opinion they should fix this issue since its a 5 star hotel.

Honestly, I really appreciated the receptionist’s attentiveness. He upgraded my booking and made sure to provide the best to satisfy me

Cons:

I didn’t like the delay at all — they take a very long time whenever you request something. Also, the valet service is inconvenient since you have to pick up the car from a different location, and the waiting time can exceed an hour. I also ordered from Talabat, and they made me go down to the G floor, even though other orders were being delivered to the lobby — only mine was handled this way
