Not repeatable.
Pros:

The room itself was well appointed and comfortable and the pool area was nice.

Cons:

The lighting in the bedroom ranged from void black to midday sun bright with very little in between, and the privacy in the bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired.
The main issue was the customer service. It generally felt as though we were a hindrance rather than a paying guest, and despite acknowledging the additional information that I noted about the reason for our stay and special dietary requirements, there wasn’t a word or note said on either.

Good hotel but more attention to customers needed
Pros:

Amazing gym and breakfast. The room was also nice.

Cons:

We asked for breakfast to take away last day before leaving, as our flight was early in the morning. They didn’t take down the information and they clearly forgot us. On the way out we had ordered a taxi via booking and we had paid for it. We told the personnel, as one of the guys was insisting on helping us, although it was really not needed. He put us in another taxi (hotel one) that we had to pay again. We didn’t realise before we were getting phone calls from the pre booked taxi. Worst thing is that we sent them an email with this and a request to get reimbursed for this mistake, no response from the hotel.
Lastly, prepare to have a swimming pool in the bathroom, as the water wouldn’t go down when having a shower and it would stay there the day after until the cleaning lady cleans it.

Very enjoyable - with some shortcomings as detailed above, altho’ reception staff slow to react.
Pros:

Exceptional sized room, very tasteful interior including public area.

Cons:

Small problem with electric curtains + TV kept freezing. Wet room area very dangerous as flooded instantly when showering. Insufficient drainage - very slippery. Pool food and drink prices v. high compared to elsewhere in the hotel.
