اتمنى عدم الاقامة في هذا الفندق السيء ، ويكمن الموضوع بأن تمت الاقامة ولمدة يوم واحد ولم نتمكن من استخدام دورة المياه قطعا وذلك للحرارة الشديده في الماء ولم نستطيع الحصول على ماء بارد وذلك لوجود خلل فني ولم يتمكن العاملون في الفندق من إصلاح الخلل وعند الاستفسار منهم قاموا بالمماطله وتعامل معنا بشكل سيء وعند اخبار مدير الفندق من الجنسية المصريه ابلغنا باسفه فقط ولم يتم باي إجراء لهذا لا انصح اي انسان في الاقامة في هذا الفندق ابدا

موقع الفندق ممتاز ، الموظفين خدومين جدا و المدير المصري اشكره ثابر جدا لحل المشكله ، طريقه الذهاب للتكاسي والابر عمليه جدا، والمرافق حلوه والجمعيه الموجوده داخل الفندق فيها كل شى اساسي، وعجبني مكان استلام الطلبات الخارجيه للمطاعم مكان معزول عن اللوبي بالسرداب، وصراحه كانت اقامه مريحه من كل النواحي و رديت حجزت فيه حاليا 14 يوم للرحله القادمه الشهر الياي

حجز تقريبا 9 ليالي على ححزين مختلفين ، اخذت غرفه اسمها سين عشان البانيو يطل على الغرفه، الغرفه كانت حيل صغيره و الشتر للبانيو خربان ( مرفق صوره) و التنظيف سئ ( مرفق صوره) والتكيف خربان، ماقبلت الغرفه وطالبتهم بالتغير، عطوني عده غرف لكنها مو نفس غرفتي اللي اخترتها ومو نفس الفكره فعشان يعطوني غرفه بديله اخذ الموضوع اربع ساعات وجدا تعبت وانا انتظر ، والصدمه ان كل غرفه اسمها سين طلع حجمها و توزيعها مختلف عن الثانيه ومع الاسف خلوني في برج مختلف عن قروبي فكان صعب نتلاقا الا في اللوبي ، غرفتي الجديده ممتازه جدا جدا لكن كان اللي ينظف ماينظف عدل وايد وصخ بالاخص الاكواب( مرفق صوره) ،لولا مشكله الغرفه جان عطيته 10/10 , اتمنى الحجز الياي يكون 10/10
