A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

I thoroughly enjoyed my very comfortable stay and will definitely return to this beautiful hotel.

Pretty good location ill say, also the value was very low

Cons:

The hotel is becoming very old with not much maintenance in it like the room ac was not cooling very well at some parts of the night, the fridge was not cooling at all plus it was old and dirty, the room is also very old and used alot, this was my second time staying here and would be my last time.

Slechte ontbijt en geen gehoor
Pros:

Geen licht in de gangen, donker overal. Keuken is slecht ruimt vies, we heben de eerste dag gevraagd om een terugboeken voor de ontbijt die kregen we niet rerrug. Vervolgens hebben we een nieuwe hotel geboekt.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Nice decor, Hollywood styling, big rooms with excellent downtown view. Little away from dubai mall however not very far either.

خدمة الاستقبال و الموظفين غير محترمين و لا يعملون بشكل منظم و سريع و اسلوبهم غير راقي ابداً و لا يساعدونا بشكل جيد و خدمتهم جداً سيئة معنا و مع الجميع أتمنى ان تراجعون هاذا الموضوع لاني كنت متضايق و حزين بسبة تعاملهم السيئ وشكراً و مع السلامه 💔
