מלון מעולה נהנו מאוד
Pros:

מלון מאוד יפה החדרים גדולים ומרווחים
כל יום דאגו לנקות את החדר ואפילו כמה פעמים התקשרו לשאול אם הכל בסדר ואף באו פיזית לחדר לשאול.
הגענו לסופ"ש ונשארנו שם עוד שבועיים בגלל המלחמה וסגירת השמיים צוות המלון דאג מאוד לצרכים שלנו ושנרגיש טוב.

הוויסות של המים החמים במקלחת היה קצת בעייתי
לקח זמן עד שהמים החמים היו מגיעים... חוץ מזה הכל היה טוב

Pros:

Mr. Rana and Parsuram were exceptional. They were very sweet, helpful, and extremely friendly. They always took great care of us and were available whenever we needed them. The room was cleaned twice a day, which we really appreciated. Their service truly made our stay comfortable and pleasant.

Cons:

The property did not help us in the difficult war time. Infact they were charging us more. Where the govt of Dubai said the stay will be free and taken care of. But they didn’t help us.

Все великолепно! Отель шикарный, чистый. Завтраки очень вкусные. Отель очень нам помог. Мы оставались в отеле в конце февраля, в момент бомбежки со стороны Ирана. Самолеты не летали, все направления были закрыты. Отель, безплатно, предоставил нам проживание дополнительно на 2 ночи. Обеспечил всем необходимым. Мы благодарны руководству отеля и всему песоналу!!! Будем оставаться только в этом отеле и всем рекомендовать его !
