I had an excellent stay at this hotel and I'm very happy with my choice. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing vacation.
The breakfast and meals were varied and delicious, and the hotel's facilities made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with easy access to the main attractions and public transportation.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making our stay even more pleasant.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.🥰❤️

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, and most aspects of my experience were positive. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service in Room 101.
Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned to the standard I expected. The housekeeping service was inconsistent, and there were several occasions when the room was not properly attended to. This affected the overall comfort of my stay.
I hope the hotel will pay more attention to the quality of housekeeping in the future, as this is an important part of the guest experience.
Apart from this issue, the hotel has good potential, and I hope to see improvements on my next visit.🤨🤨

Estancia cómoda, buena ubicación
Pros:

El hotel en general está muy bien, los baños algo viejos. La ubicación excelente, así como el servicio. El desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

A pesar de haber solicitado habitación silenciosa, la habitación estaba cerca de aparatos de aire acondicionado o similares que hacían bastante ruido.
El spa no está vigilado. Había en la piscina una familia con niños pequeños gritando y jugando, con lo que no conseguimos ni bañarnos ni relajarnos.

Pros:

Nice location and friendly staff. Distance to Sultanahmet is around 10 mins through nice old, narrow streets filled with shops, restaurants and cafés.

Cons:

Rooms are much smaller than what appears on the photos, the hotel is worn out. Bathroom is small and the shower area is very small. It is really an overstatement to say they have spa. Pool is 5x3m. Sauna, hamam and steam bath were turned off.

Pros:

Lo staff sempre attento ai dettagli ci ha fatto sentire curati e sempre nel massimo comfort.
Ottimo relax nella spa e sul terrazzo panoramico dopo una giornata di esplorazione della città.
Colazione intercontinentale super completa di tutto.
