Everything was absolutely perfect. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The services were excellent, but what truly made the difference was the staff. From the receptionists to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. I have honestly never experienced such genuine hospitality before. Thank you to the entire team for your warmth and care, you truly made our stay in Istanbul unforgettable
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel and room was clean.
The description is incredibly misleading. There is no restaurant! There was no massage service available. The sauna and steam room were opened but weren’t working - the hamman was the only room in service. There was no gym. Three machines put together in the corner of a room is not a gym nor a fitness room. The bedroom was small and nothing like any of the pictures posted. Coffee house on site was available at an additional charge.

The staff were great
There was a restriction on when you could use the spa facilities. Men are not allowed in before midday. This is itself not an issue but it is not clear on the description before travelling which meant we could not use them while we were there as we had engagements int he afternoon and we would have booked somewhere else.
The pictures show a fully stocked bar but this is not the case on site it is not possible to purchase alcohol.
The room was functional but the bathroom was very small and you could not get out of it without stepping into the shower. the shower was not very good and the shower head and bracket were broken so you could not lift it from the bottom of the bracket. Room 120.
Breakfast was fine, location excellent.

Искам специално да спомена чистачката Bilgen – изключително мила и старателна, стаята ни винаги беше безупречно чиста. Благодарение на целия екип преживяването ни беше наистина страхотно.
Нямаме никакви забележки – всичко беше на отлично ниво.
