I will do my best to find somewhere else to stay.
Pros:

This place is clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed on our way to visit family in Montana. Booked again for our way home but realized soon thereafter that we were ready much sooner than anticipated so I phoned to request cancellation so we could put more miles behind us. They would not comply; unknown to us, they have 24 hr. cancellation policy that is non negotiable. (Unfortunate, because we would have stayed there again, especially on trips on our way to visit family.) This was a deal breaker for me, especially being a repeat customer and being early enough in the day that the room could have been booked for someone else. Now here are the non- deal breakers that I found annoying: Coffee is terrible in the room and in the lobby (McDonalds has better coffee,) clocks on microwave and bedside were an hour behind. I tried to reset bedside clock without success; bathroom fan runs all night long; front office staff are like interacting with a fence post. There is no “Good Morning!” Or more importantly “how was your stay?” It was as if each word cost her a dollar. This was true at checkout both stays. What the hotel doesn’t have control over is the fact that if you stay here there is no good place to eat your dinner. I would bring a deli sandwich next time, IF I were to stay again. And that remains to be determined. I would not recommend this place to friends.

I couldn't get into my room, our door was broken which made it a huge inconvenience with 3 kids.

Its a nice place, but just needs more attention to detail.
Pros:

The place was clean and inviting.

Cons:

The room I was in had a dirty well used chair in the corner. The curtains had some kind of food splashed on them. The hot breakfast was not very good. I was downstairs early to eat when they opened and the food tasted like it was all just reheated.

Breakfast was okay
I don't remember the guy name that was at the front desk but he has very good customer services very respectful.

Cons:

When we walked in the room had a bad wet smell I had to spray some of my perfumes and open the windows the smell was so bad that we almost had to leave. The water at the pool and jacuzzi looked very cloudy and and had a smell to it. Jacuzzi water was not that hot.
