Pros:

Courteous staff members and great communication over text. Readily available when needed basically. Any interaction at front desk during check in is lengthy but polite staff experience start to finish. I have booked here now more then once for a reason. It draws me back.

Cons:

At first I didn't like waiting to have a cleaned pet friendly room 1.5hrs after initial check in time but even with waits the staff are so polite. They are on top of cleanliness 24/7 throughout the hallways. On top of everything. Seems to be better experiences each passing time now. No complaints 👌

Pros:

The room was comfortable and in a convenient location. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

The room was way down at the end of the hotel far from the front desk. Luckily, there was a luggage cart to help with moving our items in. However, it was a VERY long walk to get to and from the room. Breakfast was very minimal. Some hard boiled eggs and some sausage that was pretty anemic looking.

Pros:

We liked the location, a little removed from downtown, we liked the parking, I was pulling a trailer. We liked the breakfast, we liked the people who worked there.

Pros:

The management this time takes extra effort to make this hotel like a place to stay by supplying the bathroom supplies like hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and also their kuerig coffee and cups.

Cons:

Hmmmm a little bit breath taking for my little knees to go up the stairs and they should clean their carpet a little bit better, looks dusty (dirty)
