The facilities were clean and all there, the personnel in my opinion did not live up to the facility

The place was clean.

Cons:

The breakfast sucked right out loud! My urine is darker than the coffe three out of four mornings, as an added bonus it was cold two out of four.T he bed was only made up one day out of three. When I wanted a reciept, was informed to go to Booking.com and request one. totally unprofessional.

No horrible, but needs work.
Pros:

Location was good. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Parking lot was very rough and covered with sheet ice. Not very safe for customers carrying luggage. The AC in the room did not work. They moved us to another room but that AC was broke as well. The staff was able to relocate us to another room with an operable AC.

Pros:

The property was amazing. The front desk and manager were really helpful. Shoutout to the entire hotel crew for providing amazing hospitality services. Must recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Fort ST JOhn in future.

Our stay was very good
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and well looked after.
The bathroom had lots of space for toiletries and the shower had excellent hot water pressure.

Cons:

I didn’t like that our room was such a long walk down the hall but I understand that we had checked in earlier than 3:00 and there were no other rooms ready at the time.
