Not a bad place to stay
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The room was nicely decorated. It is in an area surrounded by other hotels.

Cons:

The beds had random hairs in the sheets. The toilet seemed to not flush very well.

The staff needs training in customer relations. Lacking property maintenance.

Cons:

Some of the staff were less enthusiastic about taking care of a problem. My room bathtub/shower was unusable during my entire stay.

While staying in an upgraded room, the bathtub faucet handle came off in my hand. Reported to have it repaired while I was gone to a trade event. That evening I was informed there was another plumbing emergency that day and the bathtub faucet was not fixed. After some conversation with the desk clerk, I was given the key to shower in another room. Next evening, told the bathtub faucet was repaired. Not. Prepared to take a shower and again the faucet handle came off. In four days, the faucet was not repaired.

We stayed there for the furniture market easy to get the bus to the market, and places to eat around
Pros:

The breakfast was really good and they kept it full. We took the bus to the furniture market which was excellent. the front desk people where great, but they did not clean or room one day and the next day they only cleaned 1/2 the room :( one bed was made and the other was never touched.

Cons:

The room service on cleaning the room, one day they didn't come in to clean at all which I was ok with and then the next day they came in clean half the room made one bed and left the other bed un made and didn't remove the trash out of the room little confusing....

Not very clean
Pros:

The stagg was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated. The sheets were very rough, the bathroom had no body wash but had the holder for it. The iron didn't work. Just unpleasant all around. Will not visit another Clarion.

The property overall was great! I did run into 2 rude staff members but besides that everything was wonderful.

Cons:

There were 2 rude staff members. Ellie was great! She made up for it with her smile and brightness!

It was decent.

It needs a full upgrade…it seems like they upgraded major things but the small things is what makes it look bad…and it could just be me being picky….it wasn’t beautiful but it wasn’t bad enough for me to cancel my room.
