Property was dirty staff appeared to be on drugs. Room was dirty smelled like cigarettes Over all would never stay here again
Staff was friendly, however shower was not clean, horrible smell throughout. Has to requst towels. No pool access and no long continental breafat has website advocated both. Lamp im room does work.
Won't stay there again. Smokers hanging around front door. No plastic cups. for water. Had to ask for extra towels even though we had register there would be 4 in each room.
No amities.. shady charters hanging around... smoking just outside the front door...
We had to have our room changed three times. The first room did not have pillows, lightbulbs, trash cans, and was not clean the second room. It had bed linen on the floor, dirty towels, and of course the bed was not made. The third room was made in with pillows it had an iron and no ironing board the toilet ran all night, and there was a hair in the ice bucket. The lady at the Check encounter was very nice and pleasant about having to change our room so many times.
Found out that this property is mainly used to house the homeless. Didn't have hairdryer in one of the rooms. Turned on light in one room and bugs ran to hide. It had to work for us because we were left stranded by Mainstay and this is where Expedia put us.
Staff seemed kind of annoyed when i checked in, also the tv had like 10 channels and was very low quality however other than that it was fun but nothing special. Kind of pricey for what i got
Did not deliver on expectations...very friendly gal checked us in and out...newer flooring and furniture, but appears to be blood spot on elevator floor...dirty/sticky flour in room...pool is closed with the windows painted over...breakfast area (as shown in pictures) is completely empty, not even coffee and tea...shower rod hardware coming out of wall (room 201)...feels more like a low end apartment
There was no ice bucket, no cups, no coffee in the room. The iron didn't work properly. Lamps didn't work properly. No comforter, only sheets on the bed. It was pretty terrible.
The location of the hotel wasn't too bad. Didn't see any issues. Close to I25. Only real issue I had was the room itself. There was leftover food in a top cabinet, walls were dirty that looked like splattered food & been there awhile. Nightstand was dirty as well, one of the lamps flickered and the outlet it was plugged into looked unsafe. The bathroom tub wasn't cleaned very well. The floor (hardwood floor) was dirty as well. Inside of the drawers were dirty. Overall this room either wasn't cleaned very well or hadn't been used in awhile but could use a deep cleaning and some safety checks for sure.
The place was very clean and well kept.
I can help you rewrite the text to make it clearer. Here is the corrected version:
Here is the positive feedback:
The room was spacious and relatively clean. It even had a small kitchen sink and a mini fridge with a separate freezer, making it a useful option for those who plan to stay longer.
Now, let's get to the drawbacks:
1. The fitted sheet didn't cover the whole mattress, and the mattress was visibly yellow.
2. There were only three small pillows for a king-sized bed.
3. We were only provided with one large towel. We had to ask for another one and we had to go down there ourselves to get it.
4. The towels were old and worn out.
5. There was no coffee maker in the room, and we had to request one to be brought to us.
6. The shower was small, and the shower curtain rod was installed so far inward, making the shower stall feel even smaller.
7. There was a crack between the entry door and the frame, which made us feel uncomfortable and like our privacy was being invaded. We had to hang a towel to cover it up.
8. The hallway was musty, and the carpets were old, worn out, and dirty.
Awful experience! The place is unclean with a lot of issues! I couldn’t sleep the whole night..
it was actually super nice for the price super friendly workers no complaints!
Bed sheets is too old make my skin itchy
Actually some what descent romey better then other extended stays
No coffee pot in room our down stairs no one at front desk ever have to call on phone to get someone to check you in ,,so if you drive all day I hope you don't mind waiting a half hour or more to check in
Don’t recommend waited 3 hours bc the lazy ass was in the back sleeping
Seems like they’re working on the place. Furniture and flooring was updated; but linens could use some work. Staff doesn’t seem super happy to be there. WiFi worked fine, did not check out the pool at all. First time we forgot toothpaste, and first place we’ve stayed that didn’t have any. But like I said, it seems like they’re working on it!
