Geen klantvriendelijke medewerkers, stuk voor stuk erg ongeïnteresseerd. Restaurant was dicht vanwege carnaval. Geen mogelijkheid tot eten bij aankomst, en ook geen mogelijkheid tot ontbijt. Dit werd klakkeloos verteld en stond bij de reservering nergens aangegeven. Kamers warm simpel maar prima. Voelde echter vochtig aan, bed ook erg klam. Bedden waren überhaupt erg doorgezakt en aan vervanging toe.

Kon ivm carnaval niet eten, niet ontbijten, koffiemachine werkte slecht en dat had juist de nacht voor m’n zakelijke afspraak hotel geboekt om relaxed bij de afspraak te komen en nu kon in naar supermarkt voor eten en ontbijt.

The bed was comfortable and the windows can open up a lot .

Cons:

In some of the rooms there is a very bad sewage smell. It was very hard to use the bathroom because of it. And some of the furniture is outdated. Other than that, everything else was good.
