Clean, in a good area, let us leave our baggage upon check out since we had a few hrs to kill before our flight which was nice

This one is tough for me to rate, but I'll start with the positives. It was super, super clean, felt very secure, and very accessible to walk or metro to all the main touristy areas. The rooms were very tiny, but we knew that going in. However, an important medical item went missing from my room, the only explanation I can think of is that the cleaners may have thrown it away, but I can't fathom throwing anyone's personal belongings away. We notified the hotel staff, and they didn't seem to really care that this had happened, which was very disappointing, and was a setback to the start of our trip. Definitely would not stay here again, and would recommend to look elsewhere, where your stuff will not be disturbed.

I loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, also all the restaurants and cafes in the area. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful.

Best hotel I stayed in Paris. Yes, it is old and small. But it charming, clean.Comfortable bed, new bathroom. But also exceptional staff.

Great location if you are visiting for a couple of days

Convenient location where you can each train stations to get anywhere. The room is rather small but for us it was perfect as we didn’t have much luggage. The air conditioning would blow hot air in the middle of the night where we would have to get up to turn off and the. Turn back on very clean and the staff were super friendly

It was very good experience. The hotel is located very well, rather close to a number of good restaurants, and metro is located very close. The hotel is small, but cozy and clean. The only disappointment was that breakfast was not included in the fees. Nevertheless, it is not a big issue, as there are number of cafes nearby for breakfast.

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of August. The hotel was perfectly situated for our needs and we walked to Monmartre every evening for dinner - Yes, those steps are a killer! The hotel is in a gated area and we felt very safe. Our room wasn't very big, but it suited our needs as we were only there to sleep and get changed. It was clean and the beds were changed every day. The bathroom, again, was clean and towels were changed daily. A big plus were the fluffy dressing gowns we could use after a shower, rather than towels the size of a hanky! Our room didn't have a great view - in fact it was the side of a building, but we didn't mind as we were hardly there. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't eat in the hotel, but we filled our water bottles each morning. We would definitely return as it was a perfect location for us. Turn left out of the hotel and you're in Pigalle/Monmartre - 5 to 20 min walk, turn right and you're about a 25 minute walk away from the river/Place de la Concorde. Spotlessly clean, great vibe, perfect location - what more do you want?!!

The staff were helpful on arrival. We liked that the hotel was secured with a gate that required a passcode. The area was very safe and had lots of restaurants and convenient stores. The only issue we had was that the room is small, which wasn’t a big concern since we spent most of our time in the city.

This was a true gem in cleanest & safest little niche located in Central Paris Pigalle district

Nice neighbourhood with easy access to bus stops and the metro. Lots of dining options in the area. Mohan helped us extend our stay because of an airline strike. He was very helpful!

Need to upgrade the room

We loved this accommodation! Rooms and hotel were nicely decorated. The room was small, but the location and service from the staff made our stay enjoyable! In a great area, 5 min walk to Moulin Rouge and many great restaurants. Would definitely come back here again.

Good experience. Our room was cute with starry night lights and small Eiffel Tower. Lots of places to eat nearby.

very nice hotel room housekeeping came every day and replaced towels ac is functioning beautifully and hotel has a gate into the area so very safe
