The building was phenomenal! They did an amazing renovation of the 800 year old building, combining modern and historical architecture. The room is big and bathroom is also spacious. Amenities are very good and very friendly staffs! We got also a voucher for free drinks in their restaurants and some discounts for the shoes and bag shops.

Absoluely stunning and unique property renovated for modern comfort while retaining the traditional character. Staff were friendly and helpful and took the time to explain the history of the building. Excellent location in old town.

Cons:

Not a negative but note that the sauna could only be used at significat extra charge nand had to be booked in advance.

Great service and stunning rooftop views
Pros:

Wonderful service throughout- reception, breakfast and cleaning teams were consistently attentive and kind. The rooftop terrace view is genuinely stunning, especially in the early morning. Thank you as well for arranging the room I requested; it made the stay feel especially well cared for.

Pros:

Our stay at this beautiful townhome in Bolzano, Italy, was exceptional from check-in to checkout. Everything was seamless, and the hosts were incredibly attentive and professional throughout our stay. The accommodations were by far the best of our trip through the Dolomite region. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great location, top-notch hospitality, and a truly comfortable and memorable stay.

Fabulous property right in the heart of Bolzano. Perfect base camp for Dolomites.
Pros:

The property is in a heritage building, beautiful, clean and very centrally located. The staff is wonderful and courteous. Special thanks to Tatiana and Silvia and ofcourse the staff who carried our luggae up the stairs. Don't forget to climb up to the roof top. The views are insane

A wonderful stay while in Bolzano, in the perfect location!
Pros:

This hotel is in the most quaint part of Bolzano, near so many wonderful shops, restaurants, and an abundant outdoor market. We loved our stay! The staff were very kind.

Cons:

Stairs... but hey, it's Italy, and they carried our bags.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel
Pros:

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, großzügig, äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Ein besonderes Highlight ist das Essen in den Franziskaner Stuben – wirklich ausgezeichnet und absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, bei dem einfach alles gepasst hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
