le camere sono piccole ma pulite.
la presa di corrente é internazionale.
la colazione é ottima.
offrono servizio di launch box per portare via panini durante i trekking e lavanderia.
lo staff alla reception é molto simpatico e disponibile

il wifi non regge tutti i dispositivi collegati, dovrebbero fare un upgrade dei router.

A budget hotel with few amenities but lovely staff
Pros:

We stayed for four nights at the Fitz Roy, which was decent and clean but pretty basic. Our room was more or less bare with no chairs or drawers, but one doorless wardrobe with a couple of shelves and a little hanging space. Nothing else in the room apart from the bed. It felt a bit dingy. The need had a plastic covered mattress and the sheets didn’t really fit.

The staff was excellent. Always helpful and friendly and happy to loan crockery and fill our water bottles. The hotel is well located.

Excelente la atención de todo el personal. Habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas. Muy cómodas las camas, con buen espacio de guardado, limpias y bien calefaccionadas. Muy buena ubicación en la avenida principal

Convenient location in EL Chalten with clean facilities
Pros:

Clean facilities in a very desirable location about a 10 min walk from an entrance to Los Glaciares national park. Included breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were not super comfortable, and it would be a nice addition if televisions were added to the rooms.

Pros:

We liked the ability to walk everywhere with easy access to hiking trails and restaurants, etc
The packed lunches were plentiful, nutritious and reasonably priced.

Cons:

Breakfast was underwhelming. Given that most people staying here are active and hiking many km's per day they need healthy breakfasts not sugary desserts. Cooked oatmeal would be preferred to raw steelcut oats.
Toiletries were rudimentary. No tissues, only two slivers of soap which were not replenished until the 3rd day. It wasn't advertised as a hostel so I guess we expected a little bit more for the money.

Great base for hiking
Pros:

Great location, clean, friendly staff. We had wifi in our room but were close to reception. Front desk had a hair dryer. Could open the window to cool room down.

Cons:

Expensive for basic room. Noisy in hallways at times. Cold breakfast only. Slow to get hot water at times but eventually it came through and water pressure was good.
