Pros:

I had a wonderful experience with Monique at the Best Western in Paducah, KY. She was cheerful, bubbly, and had a fantastic sense of humor that immediately made me feel welcome. She was incredibly helpful and patiently answered all of my questions and took care of every minor issue I had during my stay.
Monique is the kind of person who makes a hotel experience memorable. Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and genuine warmth were truly appreciated. And, with a smile, I’ll add that if I were 50 years younger, I’d probably be knocking on her door! She’s a real gem and a wonderful representative of the hotel.

Staff was very nice

Cons:

Very humid in the room and the bed felt wet. Felt like poor air circulation in the room. Bathroom had no vent and got hot unless the door was left open. Could feel every metal bar through the mattress on the pull out couch. The room smelt like a mildew.

Ruime schone kamer. Buitenzwembad aanwezig; was heerlijk na een zeer warme dag.

De kamer was gedateerd en rook wat muffig. Het ontbijt was beperkt.

I liked the price, the location, the staff were excellent! The bed and room were comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was hot, delicious, and available on time. Everything was perfect, the choices were excellent and well presented, kept hot and fresh. I enjoyed it so much I came back when I made the trip again!

The 3 grandkids enjoyed the stay and that says a lot.

Larger room than most hotels. Bed was comfortable. Has been remodeled lately. The breakfast selection was good, real eggs.

Flat uncomfortable pillows. You could hear the laundry machines all night long. Mold in the showers

Cons:

The hotel room carpet has a bad smell and needs to be cleaned. There was no coffee maker in the hotel room. Coffee makers should never be removed. This is a bad idea that Best Western decided to to do a test be removing the coffee makers. They MUST be put back in the rooms. I shouldn't have to go down stairs for a cup of coffee. Also the coffee makers are so cheap and are throw aways.
