The staff made the place acceptable
Pros:

The staff was the best. Ashley was awesome at check in. Everyone was so friendly! Breakfast was great.

Repairs needed
Pros:

Dilapidated exterior. Crumbling facade/stucco. Broken windows. Lobby odor was awful. Never made it to the room because we left and went to another hotel. I don’t like leaving negative reviews. But it is so frustrating to expect a 4.3 star rating experience and then see the real condition. No longer trust TripAdvisor.

Bed was clean and comfortable, but the lack of other cleaning and skimpy breakfast was disappointing
Cons:

Booger on the side of the table by the bed. Toilet was not cleaned well - poop from previous tenant on inside of bowl. Tried 1 room and it was smoky. Second room was musty. Third room was better but when AC turned off it became musty. Breakfast had tiny cups for drinks and only grape jelly for spreads, no peanut butter or other spreads.

Pros:

I really don’t understand the terrible reviews. It’s not the best hotel we’ve stayed at but far from terrible. Mets was very nice and friendly at check in and the room was a nice size and clean. The breakfast was better than the usual complimentary breakfast. We would stay here again.

Pros:

It was kind of disappointing for the price paid. The lobby had a very strong smell of curry, which is not everyone's favorite. It's a two story motel with no elevator, but we were on the first floor, so no issue there. The room was clean enough, the chair had ripped fabric and the shower was in bad need of a good scrubbing; a lot of mold. The bathroom sink was great. Room was large and the TV worked well. It was obviously a pet friendly room as the hair on the carpet covered baseboards showed. The bed was rock hard. No USB plugs and not nearly enough outlets. A/C was okay. Breakfast needed help; not a lot of choices and very slow to refill foods that were out. Front desk person was also the breakfast attendant. Not really up to BW standards.

The room was clean, but smelled a little odd. The AC worked well. We did not need laundry sevices. There were no places to eat nearby, we had to drive 9 miles away to find something and after already driving all day, we were not happy with that. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well, and the shower was very good. Plenty of water pressure and water coming out of the showerhead.
