Everything was perfect!
Pros:

During our four-day stay at chic&basic dot, my mother and I appreciated the staff's kindness and helpfulness. They fulfilled all our requests. As it concerns the room, it was perfectly clean, well-equipped and spacious. Last but not least, the hotel is located in the city centre of Madrid, allowing you to visit all the main attractions on foot.

Personal super amable y eficiente
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, en pleno centro de Madrid. Pero lo que más me ha gustado, con diferencia, el trato por parte de los empleados de recepción. Nos ayudaron en todo momento, y eso que era la noche de la final del mundial y el centro de Madrid estaba colapsado.

Excelente ubicación, habitación amplia con cama muy cómoda, restaurant sencillo pero con muy buena mesa, y personal tanto de recepción como del restaurante muy agradables.

Emplacement idéal et très bon rapport qualité-prix (sauf le petit-déjeuner)
Pros:

L'emplacement idéal, proche des transports, attractions, commerces. On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied. La décoration moderne et originale. L'agencement de la chambre, très pratique. La climatisation très efficace. Le rapport qualité-prix. L'isolation des chambres les unes par rapport aux autres.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant la nuit (bruits de la rue). Le petit déjeuner : nous avons pris une seule fois à la carte car c'est franchement mauvais (j'ai pris un Açaï Bowl qui est arrivé partiellement congelé, et un avocado toast où il n'y avait presque rien à manger). Il y a plein de possibilités pour prendre le petit-déjeuner dans le quartier, donc je recommande d'aller le prendre en-dehors de l'hôtel.
