Supert for ei natt
Pros:

Hyggelig betjening. Trivelig å kunne steke seg vaffel på ettermiddagen. Helt ok frokost, betjeningen var veldig flink til å fylle på underveis. Rent og pent. Stort og VARMT bad, stort pluss for min del. For oss som skulle opp for å rekke et tidlig tog, var nærheten til Trondheim S superb, og årsaken til at vi valgte hotellet.

Cons:

Dusjhodet burde ha vært skiftet ut. Vannstrålene kom i hytt og vær, og det ble litt strevsomt å "jakte" på vannet. Hadde også likt benkeplass på badet. Stort minus for at den doble sengen er to enkle skjøvet sammen. For de av oss som liker å ligge tett inntil hverandre ender alltid en av oss på gulvet til slutt.

Selv om det stod enkel frokost var bufféen veldig delikat å innholdsrik👍🏼 personalet var trivelig. Rommet var forholdsvis rent å trivelig, noe slitt men slik forekommer.

Cons:

Rommet var litt lytt, vi hørte naboene ganske godt. Noe støvete på rommet og noen løse kontakter.

Das Treppenhaus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ein neuer Bodenbeläge auf den Treppen würde gut tun. Der Teppich ist sehr verschlissen.

Pros:

Synd at vi ikke fikk frokost kl 06.45, vi skulle ta tog/buss for tog kl 7:20.
Spurte om det dagen for, men det ble nei. Samtidig så var det 1 person som åt frokost kl 7:00 i foajéen.
Hissen fra 7 etasje fungerte ikke, når man skulle ned.

Cons:

frokost dag 2. fikk ikke frokost.

Heis som ikke var grei.

Ett hotell jeg kommer til å besøke igjen hvis jeg reiser til Trondheim.
Pros:

Ligger sentralt i Trondheim sentrum. Like interiøret. Personalt var hyggelig, service innstilt og blid. Rommet hadde kontorpult, TV og vannkoker. Ok skap plass men lite med kleshengere. Sengene var god å sove i. Badet var stort og bra men det var en liten sprekk i vasken men fungerte helt gerit. Frokosten var helt topp. Hotellet var litt slitt men ikke noe problem for oss. Ett hotell jeg komer til å besøke igjen hvis jeg legger turen til Trondheim.

Cons:

Kommer ikke på noe nevne verdig. I skapet kunne det vært flere kleshengere. Vi var 2 stykker på tur men hadde bare ett nøkkel kort til rommet. Hadde sikkert fått 2 hvis vi hadde spurt.

Our stay was exactly as described in the offer, and we have no complaints. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was tasty and filling, and the afternoon waffles were also a very nice touch.

A major advantage of the hotel is its excellent location — about 5 minutes from the railway station, 5 minutes from the main bus stops, and around 10 minutes’ walk from the very center of Trondheim.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. We would gladly recommend this hotel.
