Pros:

room was spacious, and breakfast was really good.

Cons:

bar service was a bit sporadic, with long waits as staff were not there, or managing other functions as well.

Pros:

Position is great, directly into new forest walk paths, you can easily see horses and the hotel is also close to villages and amenities

Cons:

During the cleaning service, they forgot to refill the toilet paper, which is a basic necessity that should never be overlooked.

Additionally, the shower was very inconvenient: switching from the bathtub to the shower was awkward and made it difficult to use comfortably.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location
Pros:

The building and grounds are beautiful. Room was lovely and clean, great bar area and outside seating.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect!

Cons:

The pool area didn’t have enough loungers and the jacuzzi wasn’t warm enough and very frothy, not very enjoyable. We also didn’t know where to get towels from it wasn’t clear, perhaps they are only provided if you pay the additional for more access i’m not sure.

The room didn’t have much information in it such as check out time, spa information, local information.

Loved staying here and the kids want to go back next year.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived everything was superb. Couldn’t fault a thing. The kids loved the games room and the zip wire. Food was good. Location was superb.

Cons:

We didn’t have a great view from our room but if that’s the worst thing about a stay then you know you have done well!

Loads of additional costs, paid £350 for one night and a spa package, which included loads of additional fees we didn’t
Pros:

Gorgeous location, but seems as though the prices are ramped up as a result

Cons:

Looked lovely from the outside, and even the lobby/ ground floor was nice. But our room was very shabby and outdated. Leather peeling off the headboard, vent hanging off its hinges etc.

Only up side was the location.
Pros:

Location and some staff.

Cons:

Poor quality food. Poor quality room and amenities. Felt like a budget hotel but for high cost to customer. Feel ripped off.
