la gentilezza del personale

Cons:

Camera sporca e piccola. Piena di tendaggi e moquette stile anni 80. Non è sicuramente un hotel a 4 stelle. Nel bagno non erano neanche presenti i kit di benvenuto. Davvero deludente.

La signorina della reception molto educata.

Cons:

Tutto,colazione non buona, stanza che odorava di scarichi e parcheggio a pagamento non dichiarato.
Poi è una comunità cinese lì dentro e anche durante la notte c’era parecchio rumore.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels nahe an der Innenstadt ist gut, es war sauber und das Frühstück war gut. Es gibt gegen Aufpreis eine Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr alt, morgens kurzzeitig ohne Strom und Wasser. Das Personal hat sich entschuldigt.
