This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had in a hotel. The manager and the receptionist was rude

NOT GOOD!!!
Our experience at the hotel was very disappointing. The staff misjudged us from the start — as soon as they saw our family arriving, they immediately reported that we were 15 people without even counting. This behavior reflects unfair treatment, poor judgment, and clear racial discrimination. Such actions are unacceptable and show a serious lack of professionalism and respect for guests.

Cons:

I had a very bad experience staying in this hotel. The manager was completely unprofessional and the receptionist was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Instead of helping, they made the situation worse. Their attitude showed zero hospitality, zero respect, and zero customer service. I will never recommend this place to anyone. A hotel should be a place of comfort and respect, not stress and frustration.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour à Djeddah.
Pros:

Très propre, très grand, parking, et à 10 minutes du quartier al Balad en voiture et à 10 min à pied de la corniche. Grand supermarché à proximité.
Petit déjeuner varié.

Cons:

Pas de terrasse, ce qui aurait été appréciable.
