A nice overnight stay
Pros:

Excellent staff, professional , friendly and attentive. Would have had a 5 star rating but for comments below.

Cons:

Breakfast system needs sorting, staff were unable to keep buffet full inspire of their efforts.As a result area was congested whilst people waited for hot food. The hotel was very busy.

Great stay, enjoyed the weekend
Pros:

Overall we had a great night, no real issues, room very clean and tidy, nice little mini bar in there for us, staff friendly throughout our stay

Cons:

Just small details, toilet was hard to flush, sink and bath / shower was slow to drain, other than that great stay.

Loved the full stay reception was so helpful and needed anything they was there hotel so so beautiful and peaceful will be recommending to family and friends

Cons:

I took my 9 year old daughter as Iv been working away for for nice hot tubs steam rooms aswell as the swimming but as get get the the pool and hot tub get tons all she can use is the pool whi h I fort was not right iv got a hot tub at home apart from that 10/10

Great stay!
Pros:

Fantastic from check in to check out, all the staff were so helpful & friendly with nothing too much trouble.
The spa area was lovely and so clean, the bar again super clean and great staff. We didn’t eat but the food coming out looked good.
Our superior twin room was spacious and the complimentary items were very much appreciated, shower was powerful which is always a bonus!
Will definitely be returning.

Nice stay but not exceptional.
Pros:

Good location, great for walking around the property, quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

Arrival was stressful as none of the communication or arrangements we had made were known about at Reception, but they sorted everything so all was good in the end!
